Called the office to see if Dr. Garg was accepting new patients and was told yes, he was. I asked for his availability and then was told I would have to email through the website and wait for a response back. I did so, waited more than a week and got no response. Called the office again, was told another time that yes the doctor was taking new patients and that this time the receptionist would personally give him my name and number and tell him to contact me. I waited 5 days, no response. I understand when people are busy, but if so, don’t tell me that you’re taking new patients and then waste weeks of my time that I could be spending looking for another doctor.
