She’s a terrible psychiatrist. She’s absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I don’t believe she took her ethics classes seriously. Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else. Period.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lensky for over six years and have always experienced exceptional care. Dr. Lensky takes a thoughtful and individualized approach, taking the time to understand me and my needs, then collaborating to develop effective treatment plans. Her dedication has significantly contributed to my ongoing well-being and success.
I started seeing Dr. Lensky a couple of months ago right before an emerging crisis. I had never seen a psychiatrist before so I was apprehensive. She was recommended by my therapist. I like her approach--she is direct and keeps me on track during sessions, but in a caring, not domineering way. I feel she is responsive and informative to my questions, knowledgeable, and not dismissive about my feelings regarding my care. I really appreciated her attention a few times in which she went beyond what I expected when I was having particular difficulty.
Do not give her your card information. She will STEAL your money! Horrible doctor. Has literally done nothing for me. Don’t waste your time with her.
I honestly think she is not really looking to provide continued care to clients. Appears that the scheme that she is running is to schedule the more profitable intake appointment and then at the end of such appointment to respectfully state that you are not a good fit. I am going to contact my insurance companies fraud department to find out if this is a common occurrence.
Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I have had this lady literally roll her eyes at me for not giving her an answer that she liked. She is rude, she’ll interrupt you, and she has flat out criticized me for a poor lifestyle choice rather than responding with concern and understanding as you would expect a proper psychiatrist to. But you can’t teach compassion in med school I guess.. I highly recommend seeing ANYONE ELSE but this lady. She is a waste of time and money and you are just a number to her.
Horrible doctor. She barely listens to you as she keeps asking the same questions numerous times. Most of the positive reviews comes from family or friends of the doctor. Funny how the one other negative comment has more reviews than her so-called “good” reviews. Don’t be fooled by this quack. She just wants your money.
Excellent, evidence-based care which ultimately leads to the most comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that you could ask for.
Galina has helped me so much and really respects me as a client and understands my needs. She is super patient and tries to help you get to where you need to be. She has kept in contact with my therapist as well to ensure that I am getting the best health care I can get. Very good doctor and seems to actually care about my health. It's unfortunate that insurance can't be taken (but this is the same with almost every psychiatrist in the city)
I had made an appointment and cancelled on the same day as I found someone else who could see me sooner. It seems that this doctor doesn't check messages or voicemails as I just got a confirmation for an appointment which was cancelled the same day it was booked. Highly unprofessional to not respect my wishes and push for me as a client when I already explained you are not a good fit for me and I'm already seeing someone else. After doing research online, I found someone who is much better equipped to help with my anxiety and health issues. On top of that- someone from the office was supposed to call me to go over any fees and never did. Don't waste your time with this doctor as it seems they don't really care about patients or would be new patients. I'm so disappointed that you are pressing an appointment when I already explained over voicemail that your services are not needed or wanted.
