I have seen Kara for acupuncture for over 15 years. Came to her from recommendations of many of my yoga teacher and dancer friends who swore by her. She helped with my chronic pain, PMS and now hot flashes. I have painful neck and shoulder issues that flare from time to time and her treatments reliably get me out of them. As my hormones shifted. I realized what a gift her knowledge of woman’s heath was. She was the only person who made me aware of certain risks from a surgery I was considering. In a world of people trying to give you health care advice that can be suspect, Kara is a true blue healing genius. She knows what helps and what hurts. She the girlfriend doctor who isn’t afraid to tell it to you straight. Acupuncturists are everywhere these days, but don’t be fooled, they do not all have the same knowledge, skills and judgement. It can be risky out there. I will only ever see Kara herself or someone she endorses. Acupuncture works, but the practitioner matters.
Pizza comes out hot and ready! Plenty of televisions to watch the day sporting events from across the globe!
