Lauren and her team are highly diverse and excellent at what they do. My experience with Lauren has been wonderful so far - very patient, understanding and I feel like the communication is specific to me when we’re talking. I’ve had experiences in the past where this was not the case. But with Lauren, I feel heard, understood and helped.
I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Lauren.

Trust and creating a safe space are important qualities in any relationship but are especially true when searching for a therapist. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to find the right person to open up to and be vulnerable with when it comes to life’s challenges and struggles - whatever those may be. Having known Lauren Levy for many years now, I’ve witnessed her genuineness and passion for mental health and helping others. This will no doubt shine through in the care that her clients receive. Most importantly, she will make you feel like you are not alone in your thoughts and feelings; Her warmth and inviting energy creates a healthy, non-judgmental environment that will put you at ease and provide a sense of comfort as you navigate your mental health journey. I am confident that anyone would be lucky to have Lauren as their therapist.
Lauren and her team are all highly skilled and dedicated clinicians. They are compassionate, relatable and meet clients where they are but they don’t just leave it there. They are creative and are able to envision the path to guide their clients to the changes the client is seeking. I recommend Lauren’s team to anyone seeking therapy for themselves or their teen.
I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with Lauren Levy in an intense, clinical setting and hold deep respect for Lauren’s clinical knowledge and skills, her ability to form meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, her strong ethical sense and boundaries, as well as her incredible poise and presence in the most challenging of clinical circumstances. As a fellow therapist, I would not hesitate to recommend Lauren Levy as a provider given the excellence of her clinical care and her true willingness to join clients in their journey to emotional health!
