My distance reiki session with Kyle last month was my first experience with energy work. I was skeptical about reiki, especially long-distance reiki, which I'd never heard of before. I had heard that reiki was extremely subtle, and the effects may not even be consciously noticeable--this was not my experience at all! My reiki session with Kyle made my body feel better in specific, concrete ways, and raised my general sense of well-being significantly. I had no idea I could breathe so easily! For the last few years I've had trouble with my wrist, which easily becomes strained to the point of being unusable for weeks at a time; since Kyle released the energy held in my wrist, I have occasionally felt it become briefly fatigued, but never strained in the same way. I was impressed both with Kyle's insights about my body and emotional life, and their care and attention to my boundaries: Kyle always asked whether I wanted to hear something they had noticed, and whether I wanted their advice about the issues we were discussing. Kyle knows there is great power in their intuition, and they wield it with respect, love, and nuance.

I recently took Foundations of Energetic Self-Care and it was WONDERFUL! I learned tools to protect my energy, ground myself, clear my energy and to take back my energy. When I use the tools it helps me feel balanced through out the day.

I am so glad I got the chance to meet Mika. My Reiki session with her was amazing. She was warm, friendly and created the perfect healing space for my session. I didn't feel rushed at all! I loved the fact that she provided a few messages from my guides as well!! If you are feeling stuck, uncertain, in a dark place or feeling any other reason to heal, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mika. As a matter of fact, my goal is to schedule a session with her at least once a month because guess what? She has a sliding scale fee. Making Reiki affordable for any and everyone which is how it is supposed to be. I'm so sure the Masters are blessing her everyday!! Thank you Mika and see you next time!

Yesterday I attended a class called the Foundations of Energetic Self Care at Learn Reiki Philadelphia. Mika was our host. It was so nice to get together with other individuals that are like-minded to learn various techniques. Mika is a skilled leader at guided meditation & visualization. I left feeling relaxed and confident that I had the abilities to which I could built upon. I am looking forward to attending more workshops that she will be hosting in the future!

Mika was extremely focused, and offered both relevant and insightful feedback with practical applications beyond our session, referring me to tools that I could use independently. I appreciate her follow-up support, and would recommend her services (as I plan to revisit her in the future). Great experience!
