Acorn Psychotherapy (Rachel, Paige, Rosa, and more) are wonderful clinicians and community collaborators helping people heal from the effects of trauma and adversity. They're flexible and accommodating and also practice compassionate leadership in guiding folks towards healing. Highly recommend.
I'm rating my experience two stars because the initial consult felt really comfortable. After that I was disappointed and upset by our interactions. Without getting into detail, my therapist did not work well with neurodivergents, assigned labels to my feelings that I didn't agree with, and ignored my request to change topics in a paid session, applying pressure on me to end the therapeutic relationship when I tried to move forward. I cannot recommend them.
A wonderful place with very caring and professional staff! A safe space for all
Rachel is an extremely skilled therapist who is warm and affirming. She is a delight to collaborate with and I highly recommend her to clients looking for a powerful therapeutic experience.

IFS therapy has been life changing for me and I could not say enough good things about Acorn! Skilled therapists, very responsive and professional!
Rachel is a wonderful therapist and colleague. She is highly skilled in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. She values her clients and has a compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental approach. Working with Rachel in a previous setting has shown me how dedicated she is to this work.
