Took a test on the middle of July. Couple weeks later call to say system is down will call me on the next following week. It’s been over a month, I still unable to reach out to get a response of the result either call nor email.
Great visit with Dr mastodon. Very attentive and gives great explanations. Willing to work with patient to achieve the best results.
EDIT AUGUST 2024: I got a call the morning of my appointment. They had to cancel and said they would call back to reschedule. Months later, they still have yet to call to reschedule. I guess they just dont care enough to make sure they call all their clients back when they say they will. I got a referral to Dr. Beach. My initial appointment was a disaster, I got lost on the way, parked in the wrong parking garage, and was in a totally different building. I called their office to get walking directions, and ended up arriving about 20 minutes late for my appointment, which left them no choice but to move onto their next patient. That is completely understandable. They're running a business with numerous patients to see. They can't afford to get behind schedule because I got confused as to where to go, and my time management skills are awful. When I finally did locate the correct place I was supposed to be, and received the bad news, I was devastated, crying from the stress of being lost and late, and now having to reschedule over a month out. I wasn't planning on going to that next appointment, but I forgot to call and cancel it. So I went to the appointment, making sure to get there early, and I am very glad I did. Dr. Beach was very friendly, caring, and thorough, and I felt very comfortable talking with him. My second appointment is in a few days, and I am looking forward to it.
I have been trying for weeks to just talk to an actual person and make an appointment. It is impossible! Highly frustrating. And I do not need a referral I shouldn't have to be begging healthcare for an appointment.
