Spoke to a very unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist back in late September/early October who rudely said upon me calling to make an appointment that they do not take children under 5. We had already contacted the clinic, was told to fax a referral from our doctor which we did, only to be told they don’t accept anyone under 5. If this is mentioned anywhere on their website, I sure can’t find it nor was that information provided when told to fax a referral. I tried explaining that the child would turn 5 in February, figuring there would probably be a long wait anyway and might not even get him in until after he turned 5, to which she bluntly stated “well that’s next year”. Obviously cannot provide an opinion on the clinicians as we did not get that far, but their receptionist definitely did not leave a good first impression.

Drs are amazing anything outside of that is bordering dangerous. Day 9 medications not filled & “sorry about the delay” responses. Being medicated for mental health should not cause week plus long conversations advocating for you to get medications prescribed by your dr.

I really like the place. My psychiatrist is a student who is kind and understanding. And when my medication is sent to a pharmacy, it'll be ready a day later.

My doctor moved clinics to the Cherokee nation so I was looking for a new doctor because I can’t contact him and when I called here apparently you can’t get an appointment without a referral. Absolutely terrible.

DISRESPECTFUL!! If you want a state psychiatrist, know they will NOT care about your medication needs or personal needs for what you desire from therapy. All what these guys are, just overpaid babysitters. My Doctor was Dr. Cuka he was NOT a good therapist at all. DID NOT CARE!!! If Going to him said anything it meant that any therapist at OU are insensitive to their patients needs.

They have continued to give my wife her prescription and then run out of stock and take their time getting her more when she takes vyvanse. And just recently and right now she found herself off of it after a month for about a week now and supposed to pick up the new prescription today but they decide to take their time and not worry about side effects or any issues that can occur from a more risky drug and continue telling her when she has the phone answered by the same rude and irresponsible nurse every single time that she sent it in and the doctor has to do it now instead of getting up and asking the doctor questions after our 4,5,6th call and the past 2 days they have decided to close 30 minutes early in the middle of my wife calling on and off when they told us yesterday we will have it today but then not so surprisingly told us the exact same thing today that we’re gonna get it tomorrow. This place is disrespectful and I hope people see this. People reach out and ask for help for their issues and they get prescribed medications that the nurses and doctors just get to decide when they want or don’t want you to have them essentially

Do not use this facility if you want continued care. A new psychiatrist-in-training is assigned each year (after 3 or 4 appointments). None of them read the notes in my chart from the prior doctor, Only one of the doctors I saw even listened to my concerns and acted like he cared. Each one messed with my medication, I think just to show they knew better than their predecessor. Trying to get refills on medication was a nightmare. My pharmacy would send a refill request. After 2-3 days I would call. I waited on hold forever to even leave a message re: a refill. It took about 5 or more days to get my med refilled. If I tried to order refills 5 days early, they wouldn’t refill them because it was too early. Their system may work for some but it has been a total disaster for me and it has only made my depression, anxiety and ADHD worse.

Takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone, and when they do they don't pay attention to what you're saying or know what to do for anything. You try to call the patient portal number to set up a patient portal so you can just message the doctor yourself and that number goes to a generic voicemail. Guess we're back to the pediatrician and waiting for an opening elsewhere.

The doctor here, the pa I suppose, she's not equipped culturally to deal with all races, maybe she just lacks empathy. Erin Walling you failed me. You did not listen to me, and you actually made my life worse. I am better now, no thanks to you or the clinic.

Don't expect anyone who works here and isn't a doctor to have any idea what's going on or be able to help you with anything. They'll probably just make it worse. I'm seriously impressed when they manage to return a phone call.
