Alana is arguably the most caring person I have met. She is so nice and pleasant to be around and is really good at communicating and guiding you through the whole journey. Even if you’re timid like I was. She had me leaving with not only feeling great but leaves you with a sense of hope. Do whatever it takes to get an appointment. You will not regret it. Rated 5 stars cause google won’t let me rate higher.

Alana was absolutely incredible! She was very friendly and welcoming, the table was really comfortable, and the massage was phenomenal. I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and she got rid of a lingering shoulder pain I’d had for a couple weeks somehow. 10/10 would recommend, I will be back!

The atmosphere, the massage, the therapist, TOP TIER! As a person who does not relax easily, I am at completely relaxation in the hands of Alana! I leave feeling rejuvenated and it’s the best 90 minutes of my entire month! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, very serene. Alana is amazing. I was completely relaxed and my migraine was gone. She always does a great job. I have been to several masseuse and she is by far the best.
As always, my time with Alana was relaxing, soothing and alleviated the pain and stress I was feeling. Alana knows how to focus on trouble areas and read where your body holds tension, and create a “catered to you” experience, instead of feeling like you’re going thru an assembly line of rehearsed massages. If you’re not getting your massages by Alana, you’re truly missing out!
At $1/min for anyone who works in the Strata Tower (Oklahoma Commons), Alana is a godsend. Convenient, thereputic, and offering flexible time-slots in case you're like me and think that you'll be productive after a late-lunch 30-min chair massage (spoiler alert, I was not HAHA). She has set up such a warm and cozy space that you'll forget you were ever in a fitness center.

I brought my mom in for a massage with Alana, and she left in happy tears. She couldn’t believe how amazing the massage was and how kind, attentive, and caring Alana was the entire time.
