Elizabeth Bard, PhD, is a licensed pediatric psychologist at the Child Study Center at OU Health in Oklahoma City. She earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and completed her postdoctoral residency at OUHSC. Dr. Bard's primary clinical and research interests involve the assessment and treatment of infants and children who have experienced child maltreatment. She co-directs the A Better Chance Clinic, which assesses and treats infants and young children with prenatal substance exposure. Dr. Bard also directs an infant mental health program providing in-home prevention services to families impacted by substances. She is a certified therapist in Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC) and a Level II Trainer in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
