I haven’t gotten a massage in years and as tattoo artist this is maintenance to allow me to work - I had the pleasure of having Cassadi do my appointment (1 hour massage + cupping) Cassadi is communitive on what you want to focus on for pain mgmt, intensity, and even essential oil scents ! Elevate creates a just that atmosphere to bring relaxation after a hard days work or a self care day! The location is the westvillage and pretty easy to find( typically if you have an appointment during the week and not weekend you have a better chance of getting free parking) if you are looking for repeat relief make an appointment with elevate ASAP

This place is the BEST! Very clean and comfortable environment and all of the staff are incredible. My favorite place to get a massage!

Cassadi was the best!! She listened to me, made me feel heard, and worked on all of my problem areas! It was a gift from my mother in law and I’ll definitely be back!

What a great couples massage experience! We were promptly greeted and welcomed from the beginning. The room was very relaxing and massages were what were needed.

My best friend and I spontaneously booked a "Besties" couples massage yesterday, and it was absolutely incredible. The 90-minute session was amazing. I asked the therapist to focus on my back and sciatica pain, and for the first time in four years, I’m not feeling that constant, nagging discomfort. I can’t wait to come back!

I am not one usually for massages but this was an amazing experience. Cassidy and Carly were amazing, very friendly and very hospitable. My husband and I got a couples massage, which we have never done before. They were very patient and explained everything well. I had Carly and she was wonderful. She did the perfect amount of pressure and was continuously checking to make sure I was doing ok. I highly recommend these two.

Terrible experience. Showed up at right before 3pm for my 60 minute massage. I was left to change which took me 2 seconds, and then I laid there until after 3:05pm when the therapist finally came back in. The massage ended at 3:57 so just fyi you will not get the full 60 minutes even when you arrive early. I had to tell the therapist to stop massaging my shoulder 7+ times, yet she continued to massage that area. It is not very relaxing when I have to instruct you on what to do every 5 minutes and you're not even listening. Most of the massage was her doing this one sweeping motion from my shoulder to my neck, like she didn't know what else to do. My right shoulder was hurting because of the way she kept pushing it. It was popping, but not like a knot was being released--more like my should was being dislocated. I told her that with those exact words and yet she kept going back to it like she had no idea how else to give someone a massage. After the massage, she was there for 2 seconds to take my payment before disappearing to who knows where. There were never any questions about how I was feeling, what the massage was like for me, etc. It was weird, and made me wonder if this place is even using licensed therapists? I would definitely avoid coming here!

Amazing!! Highly recommend! Carly & Cassadi are lovely, professional, talented women. I felt so comfortable and safe during my prenatal massage. I’ve been traveling and desperately needed a massage, I found this spot online and I’m happy I did. The room was very clean, relaxing, smelled great. My grandmother came too! I was shocked! She’s very conservative and when she walked in she agreed to it. If you’re ever in OKC, stop by!

I highly recommend Elevate! I was welcomed and offered with warm tea first thing. The massage room was so relaxing. It was darkened, there were essential oils diffusing, and music playing. I was able to choose which essential oil I wanted added as well. My massage therapist, Damesha, was absolutely incredible! She was extremely considerate and met my needs to a T!

Helen is absolutely amazing. I had the 90 min. Deep tissue massage with the cupping and my muscles where completely relaxed when I left. I have been to her twice and both times she has been wonderful. She is very professional and her studio is clean and relaxing. Helen does all the massages herself that way your not getting someone different every time. I drive 45 min. to see her and she is worth it.
