No affiliation but have revived emails that have Docusign links from their treasurer (came from their domain). Informed the clinic and they did not seemed to be concerned. Sketchy organization. I can’t imagine if they were unwilling to help me with this breach in security that they have all the proper security in place to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Best rehab in the nation. It saved and change my life. The awesome staff is what makes it the best. I'm not sure what it is but miracles happen there every day.
This place is a gold mine when it comes to resources, therapy,real life experience, spirituality and The staff will pull you up..my red road of recovery started in Wichita falls back in 2022 but it was when I went here that all of the things I had learned from other treatment centers finally made sense now!!
It was like a sober walk in the park, yes at first it was untasteful because I didn't have any alcohol but the more I walked it started to taste like honey on my toast how sweet it was. Then the people began to share with me, a share I never felt it was called love. No alcohol, no drugs it was like a dream come true, a real love affair. If you are lucky enough to read this before choosing a rehab DO NOT CHOOSE THIS REHAB. The therapists and case managers are it's saving grace and that is where the two stars this review are attributed. The administration is atrocious, giving not fair reasonable treatment, but unreasonable privalidge to men who identify as women. They can do no wrong here and when they do they are rewarded for it. The head administration is an extreme example of what not to be/do while. I did well here in spite of the horrible higher ups, not because of them. I love the case managers and therapists and as with anywhere you take from it what you put in. But knowing as I do now I can not recamend catalyst community house when any other option exists
I am very grateful God put catalyst in my life they showed me I can live a sober and healthier way .I have made a complete turn around I have so much love for the staff they cared for me when I didn't care about myself.The entire staff is awesome. Thank catalyst okc "Who's house". "Our house"
My son, Ronnie Ruiz, was sent here for rehabilitation. My first visit, I had no idea what I was walking into. I was greeted with respect and smiles. Such a well ran facility. I must say, my son is a different man today. He was given knowledge and the tools to overcome addiction. Lots of prayers, hard work and educational classes along with a caring staff, made this possible. Ronnie, continues to strive, not only for himself but to help others, that's his passion. If you are looking for your Recovery - You will find it here. You will get out of this program what you put in to it. I promise there is no better staff anywhere else. I was treated like family. They truly love and care for each and every client from a sincere heart. I'm literally in tears as I write this because of Community House and the magic that was found within each and every one of their hearts.
