Had a terrible experience with Danielle I signed up to get an assessment done with her got 2 texts saying when my appt was and that was it left 4 messages bc I never got texted the link for the zoom call she then called me back and charged me $100 for a no show fee because I didn’t call within there allowed time by literally 5 minutes and didn’t login into the link that was apparently sent via email instead of to my phone like every other notification was not one time was I told hey your appt is at this time we will send the link via email or any of that. I own a construction company and bend over backwards for my customers all hours of the night so the fact that a miscommunication of 5 mins cost me $100 and she wasn’t trying to work with me at all is beyond me if you want a good person to send you to the right place to get an asssement done call Tammy Anderson she’s way more professional then Danielle ever could be

Had the best experience doing my assessment. I never give 5 stars because people don’t review good things. But this is well deserved and I’m very appreciative of Danielle. Thanks again for making this so simple and easy.

I am so thankful for Danielle and the staff here . For being so thorough, helping me with any questions and detailed everything I needed to know or was confused about. I had a really good experience and am thankful for getting back on track and feeling like I am valued and helping me reach my goals by a certain date. Thank you Danielle , I would definitely recommend to anyone . All you need is some common sense to do what is asked of them

I don't understand these negative reviews because Danielle was very professional and helpful for my husband. She instructs you through the whole process and is very detailed about what is expected. My husband followed instructions and had his red stamp within a week and a half of his assessment. Thank you Danielle 😊

Charged $100 for joining teladoc few minutes late, stayed on the video for over 45min with no reply or communication that they canceled my appt and charged me $100

This place is a absolute scam. I scheduled my assessment with her, and was ready to go, and called to make sure everything was good, but I called 5 times and LEFT HER A VOICEMAIL to see if I could get a same day certificate, and never got an answer. She charged my card $100 dollars for apparently a no call no show. After I called 5 times. My wife called on my behalf, and she says she’s the only one answering the phone, and was in session. I don’t care what you have going on with your business if you are going to schedule a date and I have questions you need to answer the phone… YOU ABANDONED THE APPOINTMENT WHEN YOU REFUSED TO ANSWER THE CALL 10 MIN BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. I will be disputing this with my bank…DO NOT GO HERE SHE IS JUST TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Danielle Williams is a complete unprofessional, egotistical, no good for nothing mental health service provider. My attorney gave me her phone number to come to pick up my assessment papers and certificate. She completely it like didn’t call me back up until I left her for messages. Then, when she did return my phone call was completely rude cut me up at every moment she could before I could even finished I sent it, and then hung up on me. For someone who represents an agency this lady needs her license revoked because she’s not trying to help people she just wants peoples money. If she’s so busy she needs assistance or you guys can get someone who can adequately do the job. I find this completely unprofessional.

Extremely rude, 20 minutes late to the appointment and when I didn’t have the money on a card for the assessment because I only had cash danielle told me that she will not reschedule me if i couldn’t pay right then and to find another adsac assessment. Terrible service and her ego is insane.

A nice, comfortable place to go for an assessment. You will be treated with respect in a warm environment by a great therapist that does not treat people like an extension of probation and the court.

I send my clients needing assessments to Ms Williams. She is top-notch with DUI assessments both court-ordered and voluntary. Highly recommend.
