Walked in a walked right back out the door when the receptionist had the audacity to yell at a colleague over food being dropped off.. this is literally a facility to care for people's mental health and well-being, and you're in here yelling about someone grabbing THEIR lunch that they literally paid for. You're the front desk receptionist. JUST the receptionist. Remember why you have a job here at all.

I had an appointment with Dr Hasan and I called a head of time to see if it can be moved to be virtual and I asked to give me a call back. I also emailed Southeast Healthcare asking the same thing. I heard nothing back.

When I call for refills on meds I get a message that some will get back with me in 24 hrs. Never have I ever received a return call. I been going to Southeast for 10 years. They know the meds I'm on are very important. How can I believe they truly care ?

The psychological aspects of care here are decent but the OFFICE OF DR CHARLES HUBER has INCOMPREHENSIBLE phone service with care manager, and INCOHERENT communication between the care coordinator and the doctor. The doctor also explains himself poorly and is petty and condescending. They just pulled my pain meds prescription because I refuse to accept an incorrectly written prescription. It took me three and a half weeks to get ahold of the office and I could only get a hold of them after complaining to every available resource online with the corporation. After finally getting ahold of someone it took five phone calls to get one single message question answered. I still don't have my pain meds...This office is HORRIBLE DONT USE THEM

One of the Darkest periods ofnmy life and im alone. I've given up trying to contact southeast because im done with unanswered calls or no return calls. I was to cancel my services there months ago in person but have not. When my great casemanager Maurice left the columbus location it was done for me, if it weren't for him, I wouldnt have survived the Covid pandemic and shut down. At that time my casemanager had left and no one informed me, Maurice wasnt even my actual casemanager and was putting in work for me. Ive been telling them for years that I do not like Dr Hasan, and was told there was nothing that I could do about it. It is hard for me to deal with a psych doctor that I do not like, he is rocky, and so used to dealing with addicts that people whonare not addicts are not receiving the right care and dying under Dr Hasan's care. Facts, it almost happened to me as I reached out to him moments before an attempt that landed me in the hospital, just for him to say that he was not my doctor any longer, and then when discharged from the hospital, I was given a follow up appointment with him. Can't make it up. I actually try to better myself and make something out of myself, and when I speak up about being neglected, and casemanagers not being in c9ntact or returning messages until weeks later im treated like im the problem. Shut it down.

I do not recommend this facility at all. I was supposed to receive treatment there. I got my initial intake appointment and someone was supposed to call me back in 2 weeks. It’s been well over a month and no one had called me. This organization is poorly managed and needs to find a way to provide better services and support to their clients.

Don't go there for psychology or at least don't make an appt with Sheilla Ewiah as she was very rude & had an attitude with me. It was the first time seeing a psychiatrist there at Southeast. Didn't even get a chance to talk cause she said she called for me in the waiting room which was a lie cause she NEVER stepped a foot in the waiting room to ask me if I was the client she was looking for. An hour goes by after checking in & the nurse who checked me in asked me where I went & I told her nowhere, been sitting in this area the whole time & nobody came to get me. She went & for Sheilla & she automatically had gotten an attitude with me saying she called my name & I told her I didn't hear my name cause one I'm hard off hearing two I go by my preferred name & not my government name. She proceeded to say that since it's an hr after my appt that I would need to reschedule or could wait to see if her next appt shows up or not. Told her, no thanks I won't wait around & I won't reschedule either, I'll go to a different doctor.

I've been a patient here for the past 3 years. I have no problems with the nurses or nurse practitioner Nick Nelson. My problem is with whoever deals with the phone calls. I called to make sure my insurance was up to date and was hung up on twice without hearing a word from the staff. They just answered the phone and immediately hung up. This isn't the 1st time I've had issues with those who answer the phones but its definitely my last.

I’ve received great care from Southeast! Everyone I’ve encountered have been helpful and pleasant. From intake to my regular appointments for medication management. I see Jennifer Hughes and she’s amazing. Lynn at the front fest is also very nice and helpful. I recommend them.

Southeast dental is located at 16 W Long Street. You check-in with the front desk. You may have to sit in the lobby to wait or escorted to the elevator by the security guard. It is on the 5th floor and you will exit to the right. You will either check in with front desk person or the hygienist who cleans your teeth. She ( the hygienist) is very friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist will clean your teeth thoroughly and answer any questions you might have. The entire visit will take about 1 hr ( if your teeth are in need of a basic checkup and cleaning). I only gave the place 4 stars because you rarely get a reminder about your appointment and you can never reach anyone when transferred to the department. If you are a new patient, you might have to have xrays and other things done on one day and reschedule for another day to get your cleaning done. They offer a payment plan based on what you can pay, but will still render services if you cannot pay. It is not a bad place to go.
