For a long time, I could not open up my chest to spread my arms backward. My muscles were so locked up. Emily has fixed this and I feel soo much better. Definitely recommend her deep tissue massages. Can’t wait to see if she can fix my tight calves as well.
I see Emily for massage therapy about once a month, and she’s absolutely fabulous. She listens to your needs/concerns, is mindful of pressure, and is so kind and welcoming. She’s super intuitive of the body and responses, and is knowledgeable about what’s going on — she definitely knows what she’s doing. Absolutely recommend seeing her for both relaxation and deep tissue massages!

Emily is a wonderful massage therapist. I had an incredible deep tissue massage. She was thorough and worked on the areas that I needed the most. She also had sound bowl music which made the experience even more relaxing. I highly recommend her!
