Please please please do not use this program unless you are absolutely required to do so. I reached out to this program as a recommendation for services I was already receiving on my own. I spoke with the rep Gita Habilaj and she initially acted like she wanted to help me. I informed of her all of the services that I was already receiving on my own (which is the same services they would have had me do). She then said she would check with her peers to see if I qualified for the program. She hung up and called right back saying I qualified. She told me if I decide to do the program and decided to quit at some point they would report it to the state board. That was alarming to me for a program that is supposed to help people. So I continued with the conversation. She then informed me it would be $250 for the the initial evaluation. I asked why I needed that when I have already been diagnosed and evaluated (another red flag). She said that is just their fee. Okay, then I asked what would they be doing for me and she told me charging me $125 for urine monitoring test. That was literally all they would be doing lol. I got to thinking like I already receive those services as well. So I agreed to follow through with the appointment. After getting off of the phone with them I asked my lawyer had he heard of them. He told me yes and that he would call me and to hold off on dealing with them. He called and told me some stories he had been told by former clients that were very alarming. That prompted me to look up their reviews. The reviews were horrible. I spoke with another person who used their program and described them as a probation office lol, which is what they turned out to be. So I contacted them to cancel my appointment and they were very upset. They then told me I only get one reschedule. I said thanks for informing me. Then I received an email days later saying I only have 10 days to do the reschedule. I said thank you again. This all took place in October. Today, November 7 2025 they sent me a letter saying that since I never rescheduled they are contacting the board of nursing forcing me to comply. Keep in mind that Gita told me that if I signed on with them and did not comply with care that they were required to contact the board of nursing. I never signed a contract with them (because reviewers mentioned how they try to force you in 5 year contracts of just urine tests to take your money). They contacted the board despite them not having the right to do so. I came them on my own to inquire about their services. Gita is not even educated on the legal reporting requirements for the state board of nursing (I had to tell her). I'm not even required to report anything to the board at this time lol. Here is my advice, if you get into any legal situations, self report to your nursing board based on their requirements (they are fair in Ohio from my experience). I have self-reported in the past. If you feel you are being treated unfairly or feel uneasy about dealing with the board, get an attorney that specializes in board health services to assist you. Go and find treatment for yourself so that the board does not force you to use this program. Do not ever and I mean ever work with a predatory company like this one. I'm not even sure why the state board is working with them at all. What they did not know is I had already contact the state board and was instructed that I was doing everything that I was supposed to do and to contact them at the conclusion of my situation. Trust this review and do not trust this company please!! Stay far away from them. Ask the courts to assist in monitoring if the board requires it because at least you know the time constraints will be reasonable. I wish everyone the best of luck!

If you are truly struggling, run far from this organization! I came to this place with suicidal idealizations which were made known. I spoke with two different people and was told to take a $400 assessment test before treatment could get started. I did that and they let me leave with nothing. I spoke to a Dr. Colleen for 45 minutes to collect background information. I heard nothing for one week. Someone at the office told me to schedule a Zoom meeting but I had further questions. I heard nothing so I emailed the initial person I spoke with and asked what's going on. I was informed that I could not speak to anyone unless I paid for weekly drug tests. I have never taken drugs and I have not had alcohol since before COVID-19 hit in March. I am telling these people I wanted to commit suicide and all they want is money for ongoing drug testing- which was never revealed during the initial conversations. They did not even try to get me in touch with someone who would actually help. I was told to make a complaint to the director, who never got back to me. This place is negligent and highly dangerous for individuals who are in need of real help.
