Ms.Jacqueline at the front is amazing and will make sure you understand everything and that your taken care of! My PT Laura and Kyra are absolutely amazing!! I love NovaCare so much and have been a big part of my recovery!!
I have cancer and was losing my range of motion, and being study on my feet. Nova care has gave me back the ability and strength to be able to walk around without a lot of help. They also gave me exercise to do at home. Thank you Nova care for your help.
I have gone to this PT office after my shoulder surgery and now after my knee surgery. I highly recommend Lisa and Laura!!! After both surgeries I have worked with them. They are very caring and concerning about your recovery. The manager, Luke is also someone I would recommend. He has stepped in from time to time to help out and has always done an amazing job.
The therapists here are great. They care for their clients and want to work with them towards success. I have received great care from Jacqueline, Jim, Chad, Laura, and Lisa. I cannot say the same for the office receptionist Kim. I have had numerous instances of harsh tone.
I love my therapist Daniel. Finally to have a therapist that understands my unique body and EDS and how Autism effects my healing. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because of the front desk. They are rude, not helpful, won't return calls to change my appointment time. Thankfully my therapist gave me his email so I can contact directly. Pay front desk people more. They do too much work for such little pay!
I just started therapy at the downtown location for my after-surgery shoulder treatment. My therapist, Lisa Gaier is attentive, knowledgeable, and very considerate. Recovery from my shoulder surgery has not been easy, but I really appreciate the level of care I've been receiving during my appointments.
It has been a good experience to be a patient on Nova Care. Daniel is an excellent person and health professional. I admire him and appreciate his availability for taking care of my health process. I recommend Nova Care because I have seen that everyone who works there is friendly and dedicated with the patients.
Easy appointment making. No long wait time. Smiles and greetings when signing in. And to top it off Laura was amazing! Kind, thorough, easy and fun to talk with!! Free valet parking and a calm, clean environment. First time ever doing therapy and Laura mafe it a great first experience!! 5 stars across the board!!
I just have to give my therapist Chad and the staff there a review Chad has work with me from January 20024 to December of 2024 and still working with me Chad is a good therapist I couldn’t asked for better person to guide me me and give me strength also I what to give the staff there the two ladies, that work at the reception is Tammy and Jacqueline. They are very nice and I wanna thank Nova Care for working with me and still working with me. I hope my recovery gets better.
The therapists are all great. There is 1 person at the front desk that is quite rude consistently. She makes me feel as though I am inconveniencing her by just showing up. She has no professionalism and thankfully does not represent the other desk staff or therapist. Luckily she is not here often!
