Careless staff. Lack of empathy for patients. Biased doctors. Do not recommend Dr. Sanait
Doesn't matter what time of day you call or what day you call they never answer their phones if you miss your appointment it's going to take you 2 weeks to get a hold of them to reschedule hopefully you don't have a psychotic break by then.
Friendly staff. Great services.
I've been coming here for about 1/2 of a year. It's a great experience because the staff is friendly and they are always on time with their appointments. I've received wonderful advice that has helped me with some internal struggles and I'm all the better for it! Thank you NCMHS.
When I was attending, while it took time to get you set up with a counselor and or medication if it is needed, this place genuinely cares about the mental wellbeing of their customers. They want to help and were very friendly and supportive.
