Nex Level Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, LLC — Addiction treatment center in Columbus, OH

I wouldn't give this place 1 star. No case management, even tho its offered, want you to pay rent with in 2 months of starting the program, and will lie about everything. Signed up for 1 yr of treatment told they decided to change it to 6 months so I had to get out now. Come back and graduate tho. Staff shares personal information. Half of staff is not even certified to do half the jobs they do. They have staff facilitating groupbwho isn't CDCA certified. The owner doesn't care about people she cares about money and making her look good.

This place saved my life. They truly care about us and work to help you in life. I've tried many other sober livings and was unable to succeed. Today we celebrate almost eight months clean and sober but my attitude and overall health and thinking is clean and better too. Today I strive to do the next right thing in everything I do. Thank you everyone at Nex Level!

Nex level has been great to my wife and I, as soon as I stepped foot inside the building I was welcomed. Nex level isn't just a treatment program they treat you like family. I love the fact they have couples housing. It's just all around amazing program. I want to give a shout out to the staff because they try there hardest to meet everyone's needs and they relate to us as well.

I'm a current resident at nex level. This program will bring a whole new lite in your life. They are welcoming kind and we all care about each others recovery here. They don't play with our recovery. Very greatful for this program. They have a lot to offer so don't miss out. God bless

Nex level has changed me and my fiances life completely,I've been to so many and this place by far is the best place I've ever been.not only can I recover and do my own program I can do it with my person I been with for sixteen years and six kids we have over came so many obstacles and broken so many barriers we both are ten months and eighteen days sober thanks to nex level Dr joi is so amazing and truly cares for each one of us as a person not a addict they don't judge I love it so much I don't want to leave so hopefully we will be working here full time.mrs Lynn is a really big support person in our life's to she's very special and has helped us with so much and she truly cares for us and helps us with everything they possibly can and Mrs Bev's amazing counselor all the staff from case mangers,peer support they teach us how to love ourselfs and how important mental health is and we are important sports and we do recovery they have so many opportunities here and I'm blessed to found this place gid brought me here my life has changed everyday since I put in work you gotta want it and you have a full team that will back you up and help you as long as you want to help yourself they love you untill you love yourself,don't let nothing stop you from coming here,I ain't even told you how beautiful the homes are and everything in the homes are beautiful Dr joi makes sure we have the best and it makes you just feel so good but yes I'll be staff soon so come join us we all recover and this place has changed my life and my husband we get our kids back next month and they get to live with us at there family house we all heal together and see you soon don't let your addiction talk you out of coming to nex level behavioral health center DONT BLOCK YOUR BLESSINGS....thank you Dr joi n Mrs Lynn for letting us be in this place and letting us fight our addiction here and never gave up on us if you ever read theses reviews today I'm a different person and have hit so many goals and put the work in cause y'all helped us and didn't give up thank you so so so much.....to be continued I'll post alot more pictures soon we go bowling as a family we went to the movies,and out to eat and had fun and we are all sober this is what living life is can't wait to see how big nex level gets I'll be here the whole way if they let me and best part I get to do it with my fiance..and have a whole new family..

Nex Level Recovery has saved my life, the staff are amazing in all areas, Mental Health, Recovery are very supportive.Dr. Joi Jones has believed in me from day one ❤️ I truly would recommend all who's looking for a new way of life to live,this is definitely the place you've want to be.

Great place to come to recover from addiction and mental health. In the short amount of time, I have healed so much. The staff is extremely caring and work extremely hard to meet each clients needs. The home I am so blessed to live in, is absolutely gorgeous... Highly recommend Nex Level!

I absolutely love nex level I have learned so much bout myself here and I love the fact that I can live with my wife and have this experience with her as well. I'm at current resident at Next Level Behavioral Health and Addiction Services. I have enjoyed the last three or four weeks that I've been here we have went to the Columbus Zoo the Ohio historic Center and next Sunday we are going to a Clippers game. We have groups 3 days a week for 3 hours. We go to plenty of meetings and the people that I am residents with I'll get along well we're just like one big family here. So if you would and you want to stay clean and sober come to next level. And this is one of the only places I've been at that the owner interacts with the clients.
