I love absolutely love Andrea. She is amazing. She listens and is really good at helping when I’m stressed out.

Andrea truly listens. From the very first conversation, I felt heard and understood. She gives thoughtful, honest feedback while remaining incredibly supportive, and she always takes the time to clarify things in a way that actually makes sense. You never feel rushed or dismissed—she makes sure you leave feeling confident and supported. I’m very grateful for her care and guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares.

My husband made a virtual appointment two weeks in advance, and half an hour before his scheduled appointment time, he received a message saying that they could not provide the service he was requesting. Why would you let him schedule the appointment in the first place then?? Weird, but whatever. He told them he was no longer interested, and to cancel the appointment. Then our card on file was charged for 50 dollars. No services were provided, so why were we charged?! We attempted to contact their office several times, and we only got a voice mailbox. My husband left multiple messages calmly explaining the issue, and they were all ignored. We simply wanted a refund. We had to go through our bank to get the charge removed which took almost two months. Ridiculous. Do not trust these people!

Andrea is hands down the most compassionate and thoughtful psychiatric clinician I have ever worked with. She thoroughly reviewed my history before our first meeting and actively listened to my concerns. She frequently checked in while explaining her diagnosis and treatment plan to ensure my voice was heard. She closely monitored me after starting a new medication and was always responsive to messages via the client portal. Andrea treated me like an entire person, not just a list of symptoms. She is the model of how psychiatric healthcare SHOULD be! Thank you, Andrea!

Andrea has been wonderful in guiding me through some PTSD and the anxiety that comes along with it. She is always quick to have extra resources and recommendations for me to practice calming my nervous system outside of our sessions. She is also very easy to talk to and has made me feel so comfortable talking about some of my most vulnerable feelings.

Andrea has been amazing in helping me cope and understand my ADHD. It is truly apparent that she cares and goes above and beyond in also dealing with family trauma.
