Absolutely unacceptable experience today at Neuro Behavioral Health. One of the staff members in the parking lot was extremely rude to us, despite the fact that we had a legitimate reason to be there. Instead of simply communicating, they told us “this is private property” and even mentioned putting out buckets with signs saying “PRIVATE” as if we were trespassing. What a welcoming environment, right? If this is how they treat people before an appointment even happens, I can only imagine how much worse the experience would have been inside. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Also saw them approach an ambulance with similar unprofessionalism.

Treated quickly for my ADHD. Friendly nurse practitioner Julilyn. Sometimes hard to get through on the medication refill hotline. But I never missed my meds. So they are doing something right.

Ive been coming here for two years now. I am always treated kindly and with respect. I have been seen by two therapists, one of which has moved on to private practice. I participate in telehealth as well as in-person visits and this company has always accommodated me. I receive support from a Casemanager that assists with things outside of what Mid Ohio can do. The building on Broad street could use some updates, however I have no complaints with how I am treated. I would highly recommend this facility.

Staff were friendly besides the actual doctor. Very rude, made my child with depression cry, asked invasive questions, and is an overall unpleasant person. Even my child’s counselor suggested we switch psychiatrists. Never coming back here again.

This place was the worst experience I ever had with any medical facility. I am a legal Guardian of a patient here. The Dr. Sharma refused to even speak with me concerning the patient. He also refused to submit the annual Physician Evaluation report to the Court. The Staff is just as incompetent. It's amazing this place is still operating.

They waited months to inform me that my insurance had been rejecting their billing claims so that I owed them hundreds of dollars. My therapist cancelled on me last minute through a text and then never checked up on me, after going to her for over a year, and us talking about my depression a lot. The prescriber there is a mess through and through. Not once did he listen to me and even out me on a med that when I told my PCP about it, she was appalled and immediately took me off of it. When my doctor tried to call there to speak to him, they lied and said they did not prescribe anything there ever. They do not care about you at all. Do not go here!

This place is subpar. At best. I am at a loss for words. Dr Sharma would not prescribe my medication that I have been on for 25 years. A cardiologist sent me here. This DrSharma today said to go to a cardiologist to get my medication because he's worried about his license quote unquote after two heart attacks multiple seizures and now brain damage this doctor was a total waste of time. Do not go here if you're looking for medication that actually helps you. This caused me way more anxiety coming here way more panic attacks than just staying at home. This doctor Sharma made me feel hopeless completely helpless about my future which I already felt. Definitely don't come if you're anywhere on the spectrum as I am. So I would recommend if you are coming here for any type of PTSD anxiety related medication management do not come here. My blood pressure is now at stroke level. And as I told him the only thing that helped after taking my 5 blood pressure meds this morning the only thing that helps is anxiety medication that I was put on at 15 years old. So yeah I feel more hopeless than I did before I came here. I just wonder if a patient told you like I told him that they are hopeless because after they lost their last psychiatrist who passed away and they don't know where to get their medication and at 40 years old you know what works for you. I just wonder if a patient could wander off and commit suicide. Obviously I'm not going to but the way he dismissed my feelings and barely let me talk was a panic attack in and of itself. So I would say if you want actual care an actual medication that works for you and one of them happens to be a narcotic. Well then definitely don't waste your time coming here. Because as the good doctor said last words I'm worried about my license. Not worried about his patients though. Total loss of a day I feel MORE helpless and hopeless. Thank you dr. Sharma for absolutely dismissing me and my feelings and needs.

Doctors are rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of your time. The first time I came for an initial appointment, the nurses and the woman doing my diagnostic assessment were extremely kind and helpful, which left me with a good impression of this place. That all changed the moment I was scheduled with one of the doctors. The first doctor I was scheduled with asked me multiple inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with the purpose of the visit. The visit was to re-establish ADHD medication, he asked me if "I had a boyfriend or a girlfriend." When I asked what my sexuality has to do with my ability to focus, he called me hostile and said that I was "dodging questions." The second time I saw this doctor, I asked if we could do a virtual visit or a phone visit since my vitals weren't necessary. He refused. I told him upfront that I would probably be approximately 10 minutes late for our appointment then because I would have to leave work immediately after a meeting. When I arrived to my appointment I was 7 minutes late - he refused to see me. I then asked to be scheduled with a different doctor as this was now effecting my ability to get my medications refilled. The second doctor I was scheduled with, Dr. Gacheru, was extremely helpful, although late, to our first appointment. It was a phone appointment that was only supposed to be 30 minutes long, he finally called 15 minutes later after I called the front desk asking where he was. I was since scheduled for another phone appointment to once again refill my medication. The appointment was scheduled at 9:30am and was supposed to be 30 minutes. I called the office at 9:15 and 9:45 because I had not heard from the Doctor. Dr. Gacheru finally called me back at 10:02. It is insane to me that these doctors can refuse to see you if you are over 5 minutes late, but then show up 15+ minutes late (if they show up at all) to your appointment with no repercussions. They offer no evening or weekend appointments, are unwilling to work with you if you (god forbid) have a job that makes scheduling difficult, and then if you are able to miraculously find an appointment that fits your schedule, they don't show up. And if you dare voice any frustration with this, you are labeled as "hostile." It's absolutely ridiculous.
