I would give zero stars if I could. This man should not be seeing patients at all, let alone children. He spent less than 5 minutes with us but documented he spent 30 for billing purposes. He came in, muttered his name, said my child needed a sleep study & then seemed shocked when I asked if that was it. He asked what my expectation was & then argued with me when I tried to explain. Please, please, please do not subject your child to this man. My daughter also left in tears after waiting months for the appointment. What a let down!! NCH should be ashamed they let this man “treat” their patients.
What a disrespectful Doctor (Robert A. Kowatch) and an awful experience. After a total of 4 months, several physician referrals from my child's pediatrician and psychologist, which were conveniently lost each time, we finally had an appointment yesterday. I have never felt so disrespected and dismissed as I was by this Doctor. I will most definitely follow up with Children's Hospital Customer Relations and the board. We left with no help and tear filled eyes. Absolutely despicable.
