Emma is so welcoming, genuine, and sweet. She really makes an uncomfortable situation comfortable. Super knowledgeable and passionate about pelvic floor health just in the three appointments I had with her I learned so much and have already seen improvement! If you are in need of pelvic floor help she’s definitely someone you should see.

Emma is the best of the best! I started seeing Emma in 2019 after the birth of my second baby and again in 2021 after the birth of my third baby. Most recently, I've been seeing Emma for aches and pains related to running. I've tried other PTs and healthcare professionals but going to see Emma has been by far the best investment of my time and money. She addressed my concerns, pinpointed my needs, and gave me a truly individualized care plan. Most importantly, Emma is an incredibly kind, caring, and attentive provider. She's rooting for your success! Highly recommend her!

I began seeing Emma for pelvic floor discomfort and to learn ways to adapt to the changes I was experiencing in early pregnancy. She was beyond helpful, knowledgable, kind, welcoming, and just honestly a joy to work with. She really, truly cares about her clients and I never felt judged, rushed, or pushed out the door. Everything was tailored specifically to me and my body and pregnancy and I could reach out to her at any time. I've been following her mobility routine religiously and now, in my third trimester, I feel better than ever. No more leaking, no more PF heaviness, no more bladder discomfort. That's a huge win. Well worth the money to gain her expertise. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I am so thankful for Emma. She is so knowledgeable and had great advice for my physical healing but on top of that, she made me feel comfortable. She was able to voice the complex feelings and emotions I had around birth and my body and boundaries after birth. Her incredible understanding helped me to feel comfortable enough to work through the physical blocks and the mental blocks I had to getting back to me. I could not recommend anyone more highly!

I started working with Emma during my pregnancy and have continued through postpartum. Her expertise in pelvic floor physical therapy is truly exceptional. One of the many things I appreciate about working with Emma is her willingness to think outside the box. If a particular method didn’t yield the results we wanted, she always had alternative approaches ready to try. Each session began with her asking what I hoped to achieve that day, and she tailored the session accordingly. If you’re looking for a pelvic floor PT, I highly recommend Emma for her knowledge, adaptability, and patient-centered care!

Emma is amazing! She's so warm, caring and professional. I myself am a pelvic floor therapist but sometimes when challenges come up you just can't treat yourself and Emma is my go-to if that happens. I was dealing with a few pelvic health concerns and when I couldn't address them easily on my own I sought out her expertise. I'm so glad I did! She provided me with high-quality care and was able to give me a realistic home program that easily fit into my busy schedule as a working mom. My issues have resolved and I'm so thankful for Emma and her care! I highly recommend working with her for any of your pelvic floor needs!

Working with Emma was the best decision I made for my health and wellbeing. I had several issues, some of which I had seen other Physical Therapists about, and she was the first to provide me with lasting change and pain relief. She is warm and patient and finds a plan of action that works for me without being overwhelming. She listens and validates my pain and issues and has created such a safe space. I cannot recommend working with her enough.

Emma is such a wonderful caring practitioner. She is so knowledgeable and communicates clearly during each session. I worked with Emma during pregnancy and postpartum and found it extremely helpful to connect breath with body movement and feel confident and more prepared for birth. If you haven’t tried pelvic floor PT yet, it is worth it!

Emma was incredible and taught me so much. I had a C-section and I was mentally preparing for a very difficult recovery but the second I went to Emma I felt so much more confident and comfortable. She worked with me so closely, gave me so much confidence I was going to be okay, and helped me with special exercises to aid in my recovery. She also was magical in assisting with my c-section scar. Taught me how to do the massage and she even did it herself and worked into it and Emma was the only way to make this c-section scar tissue feel better. I don’t know what I would have done otherwise. Definitely highly recommend. ❤️
