My goals when I first started were to understand and be able to communicate what my "issues" were and what I wanted to work on. Once I started I was given space to feel and process a bit more to come up with goals I can work on to begin healing. We reached all the goals set for my counseling. My counselor gave me information and education on the process of counseling, more so than I've ever experienced before. I felt like I learned about myself and the best way to go through counseling/therapy. I liked learning about the psychology practices that were being used and the different types of therapy that were offered. I liked the goal-oriented approach of having goals laid out that I was working on. I liked having homework that related to each session and following up on the homework in the next session. I liked the resources I was provided and how we walked through them. Ellice was the best psych-educator I've ever spoken to. She is so knowledgable, thoughtful, and concise. She's able to process and pack a lot into our sessions. I looked forward to our sessions and walked away with skills to implement or action items to work on. I feel better equipped to move forward with my healing journey.
I would highly recommend! Spoke with Ellice who was fantastic and especially knowledgeable in the area of relationships! She really listened to me, shared very helpful insights. Overall I really appreciated her high value of marriage and ways to promote healthy relationships. She also had empowering and hopeful advice about dating. She's very observant and really customized her thoughts to me. She also has created great videos you can watch which help you really reflect on what is important to you and to know yourself well. Definitely worth considering Counseling Care Circle.
Counselor Park, Ellice is a long time friend of mine, who also serves those around her so passionately. Ellice delivers what she does as part of her journey as a mental health care provider out of joy, and genuine care. I most highly recommend Ellice, if anyone is seeking for any levels of help, she is very approachable.
It's clear from the get-go that Ellice was made for counseling. She listens earnestly, reflects genuine empathy, and speaks with careful wisdom. You can tell Ellice cares about people. She is passionate about mental health, emotional growth, and personal freedom. She is always open to learning more about YOU, so that she can be a better support for YOU.
