Overall, my experience has been great! The doctors are excellent and I feel they care for the wellbeing of patients. The care clinic has been life changing for me and has helped maintain a manageable state in my life. The notifications for upcoming appointments are helpful and make sure I don’t unintentionally miss one. The availability of Sunday appointments is great, especially when I have two young kids who are active during the week and most Saturdays.. I am thankful to have found the Care Clinic and thankful for the ongoing support the doctors provide! My only complaint is around a billing incident - there was an error 5 months ago where my appointment has paid twice and I’ve sent many emails back and fourth trying to get reimbursed and haven’t had success yet. Long story short, I paid the full out of pocket cost and when I submitted the claim to my insurance for reimbursement, rather than sending me the check, it went directly to the Care Clinic. On a positive note, they now take insurance in Ohio, so there’s no chance of this happening again. Nonetheless, I hope at some point this incident is made right. Overall, I would definitely recommend Care Clinic without hesitation. Thank you to the team at the Care Clinic!!! You are appreciated!

Made misleading representations about the amount of the bill and what insurance covered when I first signed up and only revealed the amount after the appointment. Were extremely rude when I said I wanted to get a diagnosis BEFORE being prescribed drugs. I said I was willing to pay for more sessions so they weren't prescribing me something after a fifteen minute conversation and I could be more sure the prescription was appropriate. They then told me a mental health diagnosis would be like carrying around a diagnosis of AIDS. I would not recommend this particular care provider.
