I booked a birthday full body massage for my husband for his birthday. I was able to enjoy the calming atmosphere while my husband enjoyed his massage. She added a foot massage at no charge. She is a fairly new business owner who was both professional and courteous. I did not use Groupon and had no problem booking.

I truly believe this spa to be a scam. My sister booked a couples massage for me and my partner through Groupon. I booked the appointment through the spa website (and paid the $25 booking fee). Two days before the scheduled appointment I received a text from someone at the spa saying they needed to reschedule as they were in the hospital. After cancelling the appointment, I never received any rescheduling information. I called over 20 times and sent multiple emails and requests through the website. Not a single request has been acknowledged. They stole $25 and will not contact me. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Received a Groupon from a friend to schedule a couples massage. We scheduled the massage and then received a Text message a few days before the appointment that the massage therapist had the flu and would not be able to have the appointment and would reach out to reschedule. We have reached back out multiple times via text and email but no response from the spa. Our appointment is still not scheduled and they have not reimbursed our 25 dollar booking fee that we paid for out of pocket. Completely untrustworthy business, would never recommend or go here. Plenty of other massage places in Columbus that won’t scam you. Edit: I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest you to do the same.

I bought a Groupon for this merchant, I have been cancelled on twice and feel like its a scam. I tried to contact the person that was supposed to be doing my massage and someone messaged me to say the number aI was provided is a wrong number. Since it was a Groupon. I can't get my money back. I'm going to contact them ans reportnthis company as a scam. So unfortunate.

I bought a massage on Groupon. I tried to make an appointment with them..I walked in the place looked like it was closed, no one was there and it was dark. Called multiple times to try to get scheduled with her. No answer left multiple voice mails and no response. This place is soo unprofessional it should be closed down.. I want my refund but can't get it due to it being over days I bought the ticket. I would not recommend.

I did Groupon and bought it for my wife. She looked up reviews and bowed out, so I went instead. Not going to lie though it was going to be a bad experience. It was good massage and the place was clean and relaxed. I feel bad for people who had bad experiences but she was good. Her hours are limited to weekends and week nights, but I would say directly set appointments and give this person a chance.

I came to this location for a massage that I bought for a christmas gift from my daughter. At first, everything seemed fine. The entire time, I was supposed to be getting massaged. Instead, the young lady talked to me the entire time and barely massaged me. I left her a twenty dollar tip cash. The very next day, I had a charge on my bank card for $ 25. Which seemed kind of odd to me because I did not use my card at this location. Total amount remove from my account was $3,000.00 I have since had nothing but problems with my bank account and am still waiting on $1000 credit to go back to my bank account because someone sent money through zelle from my account. I'm sure this place was not legit. It was also funny after the fact that the young lady asked me to leave her a good review because people thought her website was phony and a scam. It is a scam. Do not trust Groupon or Blue Angel Spa

I purchased through Groupon hoping to surprise my wife with a great massage. I tried booking multiple times. The owner reached and claimed to have bronchitis for weeks. I eventually lost my money. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I typically don’t write reviews, especially poor ones but I felt like people who may book in the future deserved to know. I booked using Groupon and all the great reviews on Google are what sold me and I was really excited for my massage but it all ended up being a big waste of my time. I tried so hard to give the small business the benefit of the doubt but I got cancelled on 3 times before I finally just asked for a refund. The first cancellation she said she had strep throat, which happens, I get it. The second time she *tried* to move my appointment because her son was starting school and she was changing her hours? But she only told me the day before and she changed her mind last minute and let me keep my appointment time. The last cancellation was 35 minutes before my appointment and I was already on my way. She texted and told me she was 2 hours away stuck in traffic? The whole situation was just dealt with in a very unprofessional manner unfortunately. And I still didn’t get a massage at the end of it! :( The website is also very confusing to navigate. I called the number under Groupon and it said it was disconnected and so texting was the only method of communication we had. And to set an appointment, I had to make a $25 deposit, even though I already paid under Groupon, which I thought was weird. The whole experience was really frustrating and hopefully this review will help others to not waste their time too. Edit: a lot of people on Yelp have shared experiencing this same problem as well otherwise I might assume it were a fluke situation.

I recently visited Blue Angels Spa in Columbus, Ohio, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the tranquil ambiance and the warm, welcoming staff. The spa is beautifully decorated, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The massage itself was exceptional. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive to my needs, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. What truly stood out to me was the attention to detail and the genuine care the staff showed. It’s clear they take pride in their work and go above and beyond to make sure each client has a wonderful experience.
