I suffer from schizophrenia, bipolar, addiction problems, obsessive compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, possibly some autism, and who knows what else! Access Ohio have been there for me since around 2008…it’s now 2025, and they just get better and better! Their concern, care and counsel, have, at my worst times, been what makes life bearable! The doctors I’ve worked with over these years, have been the best ones out of all the mental health agencies I’ve consulted; they patiently listen to my woes, fears, and problems; then decide what medication I should be on to help me get better…As for their Act Team and counselors, they go above and beyond my previous experience with other agencies…they’re very knowledgeable and always seem to come up with great advice, quick to respond, etc…basically, I highly recommend Access Ohio for anyone who suffers from mental or emotional problems! They’re cutting edge too! The counselors and doctors are not just that…I consider them my friends! Thank you Access Ohio. And, please consider them for yourself or for your loved ones’ who also suffer from mental and emotional problems!
Won't be wasting my time here anymore.
I'm not sure why you are offering services you can't provide. Your staff clearly doesn't understand, and are actively making it harder for my fiancee to get back to a regular state of mind. Pyscosis is a serious illness and I regret to tell you that you may need more training and more open schedules to take on these type of patients. The therapy sessions shouldn't be once a month+ and can't get ahold of people who should be on call. The right thing to do would have found her someone who could help, Dublin springs west and your facility have hurt my family deeply. If you don't have the passion for the profession your in then step aside and leave it to people who will do the work the way it's supposed to be done. You've basically told her to get through it herself, and then when she expressed concern told her to go to the hospital which makes your involvement pointless, what are you getting paid for again? This can't be SOP, this needs corrected.
They failed me !!!! when im not in the right mind frame to go in to the office and request a call from the doctor he NEVER calls ! Currently looking for a new PROFESSIONAL doctor that will actually care when i say i cant come in due to my depression!!! Great job access ohio !!!!!
Honestly never felt so validated in my life. My second visit was a little shaky at first but the wait was 100% worth it to talk to Dr. Pinto who took all my concerns seriously and helped me get the proper medication. My case manager is literally the sweetest person I've ever met. If you're looking for a good place that will get you in quick and really take care of you, I highly recommend Access!
