I had a very disappointing experience at orchid spa 55 upper Arthur's street Belfast. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor — the facilities looked dirty, and it was unclear when the water in the jacuzzi had last been changed. The jacuzzi itself did not feel hygienic at all, which made it impossible to relax. The sauna was not working, one  shower of two were not working When we arrived 20 minutes early, we were asked to pay an additional £10 per person just to use the jacuzzi few minutes earlier, which felt unreasonable given the condition of the facilities. To make matters worse, the woman who greeted us was quite rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire visit. While the massage itself was actually good, it was very difficult to enjoy or fully relax after seeing the lack of cleanliness and experiencing such poor service. Overall, I would not recommend this spa.

3.5 The massage itself was very good. I got the 1hr full-body oil massage. However, for about half of the massage I could hear the other staff talking and hoovering outside the room. This was very distracting and wasn't very relaxing. I was also unable to use the Belfast City gift card to pay, despite showing on the website that both Orchid Thai locations are part it.

Hello, I wanted to share how impressed I am with Tata’s service. I called this evening around 5:00 pm for a massage and exfoliation, and even without an appointment, she kindly fit me in & my cousin for a back neck and shoulder. This level of accommodation, combined with her consistent professionalism and skill, truly stands out. I’ve visited several times over the past few weeks, and every experience has been exceptional. Because of her outstanding care and dedication, I will absolutely continue coming back as a regular client. You’re very fortunate to have her on your team.

My wife and I dropped in for a massage and the welcome was great. Very clean and bright. We had just finished an Atlantic trip and were tired and stiff. The massage was in a his and her room. Both therapists were kind, professional and very good indeed. Would recommend this place based upon our experience.

Highly recommend Vibe for sports massage ✨✨🤩 I’d been dealing with back, neck, and shoulder pain for months and Vibe was incredible. She was friendly, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable, explaining that my back pain was actually coming from my legs, hips, and pelvis, something I had never realised before. She talked me through the treatment the whole time, and the relief during and after was unreal. I have already booked my second session and would not hesitate to recommend her!!

Absolutely not again, if you looking for quiet quality massage this is not the place. I called and booked and when arrived I was asked to pay a totally different price. You can hear all staff talking and laughing 29 dec, the owner just replied my comment and review if you had told me to give you the contact number instead of trying to find me on social media which I think is weird. Just because I did not like the service provided and I think was poor compare to the price I paid doesn’t mean I am wrong and you get to reply on a way that reflects poor customer service. If you wish I can email you the receipt of the payment I think that will show day and time.

Visited here today and was greeted by the lovely Rose 🥰 got my very relaxing massage right away. There was good Vibes around as well and I enjoyed the massage I got from both warm loving women. I will definitely be back 😊

Instead of starting the massage immediately, she first assessed my back and leg muscles, then used chiropractic techniques to realign my legs. The muscle pain in my back disappeared almost instantly. Only after that did she begin the massage. After the first session, I could finally walk normally again. I still have some pain from being misaligned for so long, but I can now walk, sit, and lie down without constantly adjusting to avoid discomfort.
