Fabulous staff, great programme, super support. They do a great job.
I won’t share the details of my experience as these are public reviews. But I will say that there was no empathy, compassion or care from the counsellor assigned to me. I asked to change and was contacted 7 months later asking if I still wanted to be on the waiting list. SEVEN months. I had already, thankfully, sought support elsewhere, and feel very sorry for the people who don’t have that option. Not good enough.
Had a terrible experience there cause of a certain teacher that never liked me. Considering it's for mental health these people lack empathy. I wouldn't recommend.
