Terrible service, does not reply to messages about rescheduling appointment on time in the Spruce app on purpose, so that patients miss the 48 hour free cancellation window and have to pay $100 in no show fee. I messaged them repeatedly for 4 different times with more than 3 days in advance, and their lack of response caused me to not be able to shift my appointment. Also very slow with sending prescriptions causing me to be late on refills.
DO NOT CONTACT SOL MENTAL HEALTH. Once they had my number, they repeatedly rang my number and harrassed me to make an appointment. When I did, they then canceled my appointment day of with no notice. DO NOT CONTACT SOL! Literally do business with anyone else.
I must say I was a little hesitant about seeking out a therapist. But it turned out to be the best decision for me.My therapist Miss Chen is wonderful. I feel like I'm talking to a old friend. She makes me feel very comfortable, she's insightful, kind and compassionate. She makes me see that thier is a better version of me. And for that I'll eternally grateful.!!
