I was attended very quickly and professionally! Having access to a therapist with cultural context is also extremely important to me and they have been able to provide!
I have mixed feelings after being treated here for almost 2 years. I absolutely loved working with Francesca and shes incredibly attentive and supportive however i do agree with the negative reviews around the business. The last thing i need is trauma from therapy. I also suffered from anxiety around the operations of the practice- the lack of transparency and poor communication, the insensitivity and tone around financial obligations when dealing with patients who are trying to heal. I had to abruptly terminate due to being retroactively charged under different terms. Im very dissapointed and now have to make sure this doesnt affect my therapeutic relationships moving forward.
Linda Garcia-Rose & Associates provides a safe and comfortable environment to engage in talk therapy. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Klein (Yinzhe) Wang. He is very personable, kind, and disarming. I can say for certain he’s an extremely good listener, which is a trait that I hold in high regard for a therapist. He’s so good at reassuring that your feelings and thoughts are valid; within reason. He’s helped me change the narrative in my head from “I’m not trying hard enough” to “I learn/process situations differently, and that’s okay too.” I look forward to our sessions each week and would highly recommend him.
I had a very positive experience at this practice. Not only was Linda extremely responsive, but she was very understanding and flexible, especially when I was having multiple changes made to my health insurance. Gabriela was very understanding and able to help me get through a really tough time in my life. She is kind, listened well, and non judgmental. All in all, I 100% recommend coming to this practice. Very professional and a safe space.
I always knew the importance of therapy. But I must say that I’ve discovered its true significance after working with Francesca. My family and I were in a very difficult place due to a traumatic event. We were lost. Francesca assisted us, as a family, pull through this obstacle. She helped us find the light at the end of the tunnel. My husband and I became better parents while she assisted our daughter with her mental health. Thank you Francesca and Linda for always being there for us. Our family certainly grew stronger and we all trust each other more than ever. Thank you again.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Linda and Klein. Despite my attempts to cooperate and express gratitude towards Klein, the reality is that these experiences have led to extreme anxiety while awaiting paperwork and a severe mental breakdown with suicidal thoughts. Thanks to Klein’s treatment, I'm now suffering from severe memory loss, intense anxiety, and frequent headaches. Both Linda and Klein have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and efficiency, pushing me to the brink. It seems that all they care about is money, with no regard for ethical standards or patient well-being. With Linda's 20 years of experience, it appears that she only knows how to manipulate patients, creating more anxiety for them. Taking over a month to review just two papers suggests that in her 20 years, she hasn’t done anything good for patients at all. All they care about is money and forcing me to attend sessions twice a week, regardless of the patient’s mental condition, shows a complete lack of medical ethics.
I strongly advise against seeking therapy with Klein. His behavior shattered my trust, intensifying my mild anxiety to severe levels. His approach lacks professionalism and flexibility. Klein repeatedly forced me to revisit childhood traumas, leading to severe mental breakdowns after the session, with suicidal thoughts occurring alone in my hotel room. Moreover, Klein's lack of initiative and professionalism was evident in his handling of my disability forms. Despite numerous assurances that they would be reviewed by his director Linda ASAP, Klein failed to fulfill his promises. It wasn't until I physically sat in his office, overseeing the completion of the forms just before the deadline, that they were finally addressed. This experience only intensified my anxiety, leading to severe symptoms such as headaches and memory loss. Furthermore, his refusal to help during severe anxiety episodes outside office hours further raised doubts about his work ethic as a psychotherapist. In light of these concerns, I would strongly advise against seeking therapy with Klein. It is crucial to prioritize one's mental health and well-being, and unfortunately, Klein's practices do not align with this priority.
Linda is a wonderful woman. She has been very accommodating of me and my insurance issues. She ensured I was able to afford my sessions so that I didn’t have to stop therapy. I see Alexandra for therapy who is also amazing! I feel very comfortable sharing with her and know I’m in a safe space. Thank you guys for being so great!
I want to be able to give this practice MORE than 5 stars for the care and attention they have given me. I need consistent paperwork for my job and Linda didnt hesitate to make me feel like I didn't need to worry and I could focus one my care. Everyone at the practice is really responsive via email and phone so even when things were unclear I got a response right away. My therapist Shirley is AMAZING. She is kind, caring and is really working with me in making sure all of the treatment I am receiving is something I am comfortable doing. They are a LGBTQIA+ friendly practice which was really important to me in wanting to be my authentic self during therapy. While I still have a long way to go to work on my mental health I am so grateful I am able to go on this journey at Linda Garcia Rose. 💜
Linda and her team are very absolutely wonderful! I have been seeing Elanor for a few months and have made some significant progress in terms of my overall personal health and the strength and health of my relationships. The entire team is incredibly professional, and empathetic. I feel very comfortable and understood here. Even when I had issues with my insurance, the entire team made sure to put me and my well-being first -- we are able to handle everything else after. I cannot endorse them enough! Their facilities are also beautiful! Thanks, Elanor and Linda!
