I just had my first appointment with Dr. Njideka Domrufus and it is the best I have felt about my mental health care in years. I felt heard and respected, it is easy for professionals to dismiss those of us struggling with mental illness as unable to advocate for our own care. She gave me several options along with explain the benefits of each one that took into account my wants and concerns. It was great, I highly recommend.
