Update: Polly, the office supervisor, stated they had been giving my doctor my messages for the past 2 weeks, and Polly stated that it was my doctor's fault and that my doctor was not following through. I just spoke over the phone to my doctor, and I was told that the office had only given her one message from yesterday, but not for the other messages I was leaving over a week ago. The office staff just lied to a patient, and jeopardized my doctor-patient relationship. The office staff is very rude, apparently lies, blames the doctors, and neglects patient care by not doing theirb job.I have had issues with behavior from the office staff prior, and they are lying to patients and scapegoating Antoinette, the office clerk, completely lacks professionalism and communication skills. she has been very rude for the past year whenever I've had to speak to her, and the attitude hasn't changed. Her supervisor, Polly, is also very unprofessional and rude. Polly was threatening to not relay my messages to the appropriate doctor because I became very upset that my doctor has not had follow through care for the past 4 weeks. As a patient it is highly negligent for office staff to threaten a patient to not relay their messages when the patient is asking about their care and follow-up appointments. On top of that, when I asked to speak to Polly's supervisor because she was being unprofessional and I wanted to report it to her supervisor, she's simply hung up the phone on me. this is the attitude that I have been dealing with on the weekly from the office staff, and I have been a patient there for over a year

I saw this doctor for more than six years. I didn’t get better under her care and she overprescribed me an addictive medication that I am still trying to get off of three years later. She completely deserted me.
