Morgan Virtual Psychiatry — Mental health service in Albuquerque, NM

The billing office is not very familiar with insurance. I had a hard time with billing and getting my visits covered. When I talked to billing they were rude. The owner does not seem like they were concerned about it. I would not recommend this place. I have had many services, but very unprofessional. REPLYING TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW. You say below you have a new billing team? No you don't its been over six months and I spoke to the same 2 people. Thats bot true at all. While I understand your trying to make it seem like you have new billing team to overlook the bad review. How dare you make me look like a liar. They could not figure out my billing issue for months I was back and forth with your team. They said they escalated it to owner and you did nothing!!

Wonderful psychiatric practice. It's near impossible to find psychiatrists taking new patients in Albuquerque so this practice was a great discovery. Billie cares deeply for her patients and understands their needs.

Incredible staff and my provider actually CARES what I have to say or how I am feeling!!

Horrible place to try to get help from. They were sent a referral for me 4 times by 3 different providers and they called me to set up an appointment because they said they had received the referral. But the day before my appointment they started calling me and texting me repeatedly to send them the referral or they're gonna cancel my appointment! I tell them over and over if they don't have the referral, CANCEL the appointment! I'll go elsewhere. This morning at 8am on the dot they started blowing up my phone with calls and texts! I am in the middle of dealing with a broken tooth and I'm in excruciating pain trying to get seen at a dentist! Trying to make calls and get an appointment and these crazy people at Morgan Psychiatry don't stop calling and texting me, AFTER I've asked them to stop!! I blocked the 888 number and they started texting from a different number!! I've never had a medical office bother me AFTER being asked to leave me alone! It's patient rights and they violated my rights by continuing to bother me after being asked to stop! You try to get help gotta deal with this, it's very discouraging! People at a Psychiatry office should be more respectful and professional.

This place is great!!! Office staff are helpful and polite. I have Michelle as my psych and we clicked from day one. She's so easy to talk to, she's fun to have as a psych, and shes very knowledgeable about psych and DNA testing. I'm so lucky to have her!!!! She's the best!!! Keep up the great work Morgan Psych!!!

Such a helpful team. They made starting so easy and have helped mental health immensely. Rose has been very instrumental in my progress in helping me live my life to its fullest.

More concerned with the bottom line than the mental health of patients. Defend your treatment instead of fearing the DEA.

I’ve been trying for so long to find good psychiatric help. I’ve never had any other company come close to this one. I recently started working with rose, rose is the only person I’ve worked with to genuinely care so much about me getting better. She has so much patience’s and determination it’s the first time in a while I’ve had hope that I could actually be able to fully function so I can live the life I want. I’ve also never had someone look so deep into my symptoms to make sure I’m getting the right diagnosis. Rose also educated me on my mental illness so I could better understand why and how my disorders affect me which is very comforting and helpful to understand these things, which is another thing I've never been given with past people I worked with, it’s always just being told what your disorder is and then being prescribed something without knowing anything more about the medication or the disorder. Not only is rose amazing but so is all the staff I’ve come into contact with! When answering my call I’m always greeted with an upbeat nice person who also seem to be just as caring as rose. They always make sure to help me get any answers I need in between appointments. There communication with rose to me is always perfect, most places don’t take certain issues seriously and will have no urgency to get you answers. This is for sure the best place you can go for help.
