Always professional, all the ladies I've encountered in this office are absolutely fantastic individuals from the MAs to the provider. Sheila (hopefully I spelled that correctly) is the highlight of every visit for me. Always a bright smile and conversation that makes you feel like more than just some recovering addict getting vitals done again. For lack of a better way to put it.

I am treated with kindness, support and respect by every staff member. When I called to make my appointment, I was withdrawing from the sublocade injection, and was seen immediately! By that same afternoon, I was picking up my script and feeling much better by night. I'm currently a patient, and have remained clean and sober.

AFTER a few bumps getting started. I just wanted to come edit my review on ideal options. They are awesome and great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are always helpful and concerned with anything you need. Thanks ideal options for changing my life and getting me everything back!!! I used to be addicted to pills real bad. Never got into fentanyl thank God. But still is bad. I appreciate ideal options for everything they do and for everyone they help. They are here to help everyone in need . God bless you all .

Seeking treatment? Im sure your used to it by now, the stern expression. The judgemental tone of voice,people acting as tho they are at a funeral they were obligated to attend. And lets not forget how obvious it is that nobody believes in you... thankfully Ideal option is 1000% different from any treatment program I've ever attended, everyone from front desk to the provider smiled, talked to me like a normal person, and made ut easy to be honest. I can't wait to see where I will be in 3months!

I'm entering my mid-30's now, I've been an addict for most of my adult life. My addiction has affected every relationship I've ever had and nearly crippled my potential. I've gone through dry spells of withdrawal and sporadic sobriety plenty of times without any real change to show for it. One night i came across a counselor who referred me to Ideal Options. The staff there not only created a plan to help get me off of fentynal and the other drugs i was taking but they stayed involved in my recovery with a genuine attitude and a professional resolve that i attribute to my sobriety today. I'm thankful that i was fortunate enough to be covered by insurance to be able to participate in their program. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and above all, patient and more than equipped to handle whatever obstacles are preventing you from getting sober.

This place is absolutely amazing! It was super easy to get an appointment within the next day. The staff is wonderful! They are so super supportive and non judgemental. They are a huge part of my recovery and I look forward to seeing and chatting with them every appointment. Thank you guys for making my recovery possible and giving me much needed support along the way. Ideal option is a blessing to me.

I don't know why Ideal Option has such a low Google Review score. I have been a patient since January of 2022 and have no intention of going back to the lifestyle I was living. The doctors were originally online due to COVID-19 but still I was treated with respect and with hope of recovery. I now go every 3 weeks for maintenance and love seeing the staff and providers. They have become like my second family. I couldn't have been able to get my life back without Ideal Option in Albuquerque. I would probably be dead... I'd say that deserves 5 stars. Dunno about the rest of y'all.

You get a different doctor every time always from out of state. Problems with submitting prescriptions timely. When you call you get answering service who submits email to provider. Who don't respond timely. This has happened twice in the last 5 weeks which has delayed prescription refill the first time 1 week, the second time 4 day--without meds. They don't seem to stay on top of these critical, life-saving meds for those in need. Poorly managed treatment.
