I want to thank everyone who works here. The staff is great. They are very welcoming. They are short staffed but do their best. My experience was great They came and got me when I needed a ride. They helped get me sober. This 2nd time they helped with my mental health. They are implementing new systems which is good, but is kind of rough. They are doing their best, and are always there.

Been there for detox a few times their team is amazing, nurses like Hanifa and Ebony are very knowledgeable and caring. Also Cisco, Dan and Jamal are great at what they do! All staff is amazing and thank you for taking care of me!

Had an amazing experience here, one of the most personable groups of people to come to for recovery and truly helped me with developing the tools necessary to start my recovery. Did the the 10 day detox and got exactly what I wanted out of the experience, healthy nutrition, great groups and even your own personal tv in the rooms to help pass the time. If you’re serious about your recovery and want a wholesome, worthwhile and safe place to do it, I recommend coming here.

Incredible facilities, staff, and environment to recover in. I’ve unfortunately been to a few detoxes and recovery centers and this was far and away the best most healing experience I’ve ever had. Would recommend to anyone looking to make a change in their life.

If you call and ask for Josh you will be instantly comfortable and in the hands of someone kind. He is the best to work with and the best to hang around even if it’s just over the phone! He has a genuine passion for helping people and makes me want to trust the precious people we care for in the hands of the people HE trusts. This place is one of the best Detox and residential treatment centers I’ve ever been to. AMAZING staff and super friendly, they take great care of their clients and always make sure you or your loved ones are in great care! Here’s a name drop for you, BHT; Dan and Jeff were off the charts helpful; Kelly is amazing. Ebony and Anefa were so kind to me for nursing and medication. This is the best Detox place in ABQ and the offer residential treatment too! The staff here is amazing! They really care about your recovery! Stick to the plan Dan will make sure you hit your groups. Fan favorites Mama Bear Kelly, Jay, Ebony, Jamal, but most of all Martha! If you need help this place is top notch!!

The staff and everyone there made my stay so amazing and comfortable. I was so scared but the staff helped me every time I was nervous and they got me my medication I needed almost as soon as I got there. It was my first time in a rehab/mental health facility and I would 100 percent recommend this place. I will never forget the employees and people I got to meet!! Thank you guys so much❤️

The staff at Ascend Recovery Center are second to none and truly care about their patients. They really help people through with whatever they are dealing with with kindness and understanding. They have some administrative issues to work though, but the treatment received definitely makes up for it.
