The counselor here AJ is an amazing counselor. I have grown so much from our 1 on 1 sessions, but the group counselor Tony is petty and antagonistic. He talks over people, seems to be on drugs himself, constantly brags, and called threatening to have me arrested because "my threatening violent behavior." I am court ordered to go here. Instead of de escalating the situation, which is what I'm doing he repeatedly attempted to push buttons, and when he couldn't get a ride out of me kicked me out of the program. I have had no issues since being released from prison, and I'm not a threat to anybody. I was agitated and don't feel safe sharing in that group why and when he pushed an issue it solidified my instincts to not share with them what's going on with me. Tony constantly says he is in demand because of his qualifications, and the company cannot afford to lose him. Now I'm having to go elsewhere to get court ordered counseling when I'm 9 sessions away from completion because of his ego. Don't trust this guy with personal information he will use it against you, and try to screw you over. He called me on his personal phone and said "if you ever show your face here again I'm going to have you arrested for trespassing and assault on a health care worker."
Rude front desk staff on 7/31/25. She was to busy having conversation with someone lounging in there. Was very rude and dismissive. It is also inconsistent and does not provide good direction.
This place is so inconsistent. They claim to do UA's every day but people are constantly calling in so they DON'T do them every day like they claim. I don't even know why the pre-trial services use this place when they are so inconsistent with doing UA's.
This place, never communicates with your probation officer. Iβve been trying to get a letter of proof of completion. The people at the front desk will not provide it. The counselor said they sent it. Itβs been six months and still have not received it.
The very first group session I attended, the counselor (I assume going for a 'you never know what's underneath' type thing) told everyone that Mister Rogers was a Marine sniper with sleeve tattoos. The fact that they have accreditation is an indictment of mental health care in this country.
They have not returned my calls for 3 weeks! They messed up my billing and I just need to ask how much my bill is, and if they even take phone payments. Have never had this much trouble trying to pay for something!
Place deserve more than 5 stars.. so helpful and professional specially binh and steve.Steve.. they know exactly what they are doing. Thanks alot π
I've been working with trish for nearly 3 years. I've been in therapy since I was 7. I never got help like I did with trish. I came to her a shattered soul really just lost to the world. She breathed life into me. I cqnt explain it any other way. I'm no longer under any legal obligation to see her. I do tho. I've been seeing her a whole year now with no order. I just keep soaking up her support. She's not just my Dr she's been my light. I wanna encourage anyone lost and broken to give these guys a chance they really did help me.
HORRIBLE experience! It took 3 weeks to get an appointment, we drove 6 hours to our appointment to learn it wasnβt in person and had been moved out an additional 2 weeks. We waited for the second appointment and even with reminder text messages for the appointment, never got a call. When a family is in crisis mode, do NOT attempt getting services from.A New Awakening!!!
They double booked my appointment and rescheduled it for another day the following week. They day before my reschelded appointment they called and told me my appointment was canceled due to a conflict of interest without providing any further details. I wasted a month waiting for this appointment only to be treated with rude indifference.
