Tancell Care — Mental health service in Las Vegas, NV

When I came into the office I was greeted by extremely polite people. That actually listen to everything I was telling him and you could tell it was heartfelt by the way they were engaged. The only thing that's important in life is present and future. Hopefully looking forward to working with this wonderful company. Update: After dealing with this company personally I came to the conclusion not that great experience came from one person directly the rest of the staff and I couldn't find anything positive to say about them. There are other offices that you can visit to have more of an extensive professional relationship with.

This is for the Reno program. They clearly haven’t been trained on how to work with individuals with disabilities. Complaining that an individual can’t play Uno or sit through a lecture is inappropriate for a day program. Using small plastic hydroponics is not gardening, nor is a toddler play kitchen. You have a full kitchen in the breakroom. I suggest you utilize it for programming. Put some effort and compassion into your program!! Our individuals are human beings and should be given an opportunity to reach potential, not have to conform to an effortless program within a few days. I pray that the Vegas program has some compassion

Best team of leaderships I’ve seen yet! The drive and passion that Tancells employees have for the individuals are just AMAZING! If I was given one word that best describes my overall experience: it would be PHENOMENAL!!! I was welcomed with open arms, and everyone was just friendly, outgoing, and down to earth. Shout out to the HR TEAM; Benedick Nocum and his staff Jessica and Regina. Also, shout out to Kuya who presented the medication class. They never hesitated to provide their service. A huge thank you!! Anxiously excited to start this new adventure, and knowing the people taking the wheel, they got your back 100 percent. Real talk.

This was a phenomenal orientation! Everything was written, spelled out, discussed and reviewed with intentional focus for the candidates to be successful! Everyone was engaged, acknowledged and provided with the opportunity to display their expertise. The intensive training was delivered with an expectation to equip the new staff with the knowledge to be a top professional in the industry. Thanks Tancell care for an unmatched orientation.

Tancell Care is a great company. Simultaneously fun, yet well detailed and staffed. Benedict is a blast. Ronnie was so informative. A plus all around!!
