Services mentioned include 60-minute and 90-minute massages, deep tissue, hot stone, and scrub and oil massages. Some clients experienced upselling attempts for additional services. Omg omg! 90 mins massage with Molly was heaven! She does it like a mantra, patiently with enough pressure, no rush, until your body lets go… sooo good! She is a sweety super kind woman, really you have to book with her!
Not bad. Super good at the upsell. Be prepared for that. Was thinking it would be $300-range for two, but spent 560 after tip. Rooms have no ceiling, so you can hear the lobby and your neighbor. Massage itself was pretty good. Eh, mixed feelings here, gonna say 3.5 but round down.
My sister got a massage here and said it was one of the worst she'd ever had, and that is saying something. The price of the massage wasn't unreasonable, but if what you get it not worth it, then you'd do better to go elsewhere even if you have to spend more. The person who gave the massage was all about upselling for a longer massage as well, probably because they may not get a lot of repeat business. A good massage therapist doesn't really need to upsell. I love the El Cortez and all they have to offer, but they need to do better when it comes to this service offered here. They just underwent a major renovation inside. Perhaps it's time to look at this spa as well.
WONDERFUL massage!!! I got a 2hr deep tissue and hot stone plus CBD oil massage and you know I felt amazing after that! Molly was my masseuse and she is phenomenal. I’ll be back when I’m in Vegas next. Highly recommend!
Lovely place! I was in town for a wedding and desperately needed a massage to knead out the knots in my neck and back from the flight. I didn't make an appointment in advance, but was able to make one on the spot when I came in. My massage therapist, Sophia, was an angel. She listened to my concerns and was able to address all the issues I had. She was able to relax my tensed up muscles and I felt like a million bucks the next day at the wedding. I got a 1 hour scrub and oil massage with hot stones with an additional deep tissue massage for my neck and back for which I paid $10 extra. The whole thing cost $110 plus tip and it was worth every penny. I tipped Sophia $25 for her most excellent healing work. If I could give her more I would have. Highly recommend this spa and Sophia in particular.
Have give Molly a very big shout out, what a great experience, she is an absolute talent. It was so good the first time I went back again. I had been on holidays for 2 weeks doing a lot of walking Molly was able to loosen the muscles. I had about 20 hours of flying to get home so went back before I left to relaxed for the travel. If you are staying at El Cortez book a session with Molly, you will not regret it. Thank you Molly
Incredibly bad, rude front desk lady, and expensive. She kept telling us to buy a more expensive massage and we kept declining and asking to buy the one hour combination massage on the menu she was showing us. She just kept saying "no, no, no, your wife she wants this one it's better two hour" while we both kept trying to ask for the one hour massage that we wanted. Keep in mind, we had called them earlier and made a one hour reservation ahead of time for the specific massage we wanted. JUST LET ME BUY THE MASSAGE WE PICKED FROM YOUR MENU!!! And then after the massage, I pulled out cash to tip the massage ladies, and the front desk lady jumps in front and says "IS THIS TIP FOR ME??" We tell her no, it's for the lady who did my massage, and as I'm pulling out more cash for my girlfriend's masseuse, the front desk lady starts yelling at us that the tip was cheap and not enough of a tip for them. Are you serious? I'm tipping $50 on $120 massages and that's not enough for this front desk lady? That's over a 40% tip!! Crazy. Run away from here, trust me. Avoid at all costs.
This was the most amazing experience of my life. I have never had a massage before but it was everything I hoped for and more. The wonderful, talents ladies, JULIA and MOLLY preformed such a grand experience that we went back for a second time today. I was introduced to SOPHIA and I’m pretty sure she healed my long time ripped shoulder muscle of 5 years. I’m and forever grateful and many props should go out to these women for providing such a lovely experience. All three women were phenomenal.
A decent massage place at the El Cortez for a reasonable price. I got a 60 min deep tissue massage for $80 after $10 off for staying at the hotel. Text the number to book, they are very responsive. The massage was fine and the space was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is it was chilly but the masseuse was great and bundled me up with towels. Lots of attempts to upsell oils, 4 hand massage, etc took a bit away from the experience. Compared to other Vegas hotels, this is a great value and I would go back.
My wife and I had an amazing experience at NV Spa at El Cortez! Sheri and Molly were fantastic—skilled, attentive, and made us feel completely relaxed. One of the best massages we've ever had. The spa itself is simple, but the quality of the massage makes it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend them!
