The people who answer the phones are useless. They are unable to verify an appointment, make an appointment, or even the basic things to assist the client. All they can do is take a message and have someone call you back, and when asked what’s the turn around time of a call back they say “I don’t know.” The current system they are utilizing with phone calls to assist clients is very poor. I haven’t even attended my first session and based on how they handle first point of contact I don’t even want to continue. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible. Lady on the phone told me I could come by at 8am and get my paperwork filled out by a doctor. I show up at 830, and then I'm told that I need to go to another facility a half an hour away by bus and I could get my paperwork filled out by a doctor. Then I show up over there, after half and hour on the bus, and they didn't have nurses there and Wednesday don't deal with patients. I wouldn't have gone over there at all unless I thought it would be fast and easy to fill out this paperwork. Now I'm waiting for my bus back and will have wasted an hour and a half basically because the lady on the phone repeatedly gave me the wrong information about where to go. Don't waste your time with this place. I went way out of my way and was given the run around completely.
