One review suggests a history of providing care for various aches, pains, inflammation, and overall health issues, and another indicates a focus on mental health therapy with the goal of helping clients thrive. "A host. That is what every plague desires. A home where it can thrive, a strong specimen with enough resistance to stay alive long enough for the pox to grow, to mature. To spread. You see, my friend, the greatest plague of all is the one that can spread without killing, at least not until it has used its host for all that it has to offer, to spawn new disease swarms to continue on, and on and on. For that it needs a sturdy victim, such a rare thing to find. But when one does appear, there is no more wonderful pairing to be had. A perfect symbiosis -- the most virulent of poxes spread by the most durable of hosts. " —Doktor Festus explains his research to one of his victims. Festus was once a proud Imperial physician of the highest caliber, who was damned by his obsessive desire to cure disease to be transformed into a servant of Nurgle, the Chaos God of disease, decay and despair.

Stay out of Pahrump! Dr. Festus, do not exploit the disabled and mentally ill people of Pahrump! A week ago, a worker from Dr. Festus's office attempted to scam my Uncle who has a brain injury. Backstory: A strange man in a van drove by my Uncle's home multiple times. My uncle resides in a community that is designed for those with disabilities. Eventually, the man in the van stopped and approached my Uncle and several other disabled adults. The man refused to identify himself but offered the disabled men $20 to show him their medicaid cards. Upon discovering that some of the men were eligible for psychotherapy and psychiatry, he offered them a ride to Las Vegas and promised them more money and a meal at McDonalds. My Uncle tells me that that's where it got even stranger. The van-man brought them to a building on Charleston and Bruce area. When they got into the office, the entire staff refused to identity the name of the doctors, therapists, and workers. My Uncle eventually felt uncomfortable because of this and told them that he did not wish to utilize their services. They immediately threw him out on the streets and left him there in Las Vegas, which is over 1.5 hours away from Pahrump. My Uncle somehow found someone who contacted me to pick him up. Most of the disabled people were unable to identify the doctors and workers at this place. However, my uncle took a picture of the office. I googled the agency and showed him a picture of Festus. He identified that Festus was the doctor present. This type of mental health scam needs to be addressed.
I got care from Dr.Rucker and Dr.Festus at both locations for the last few years it makes me upset to see how many bad reviews they have on here considering that I got to this place on accident and they actually saved my life and improved my quality of life not only mine but my whole family. I came here referred by a friend with similar health issues as mine and got the wrong address lol and ended up here due to the cross streets and me just being lost I look up and see the 3 or 4 story building with parking underneath gated and took the elevator to the 2nd floor was greeted by the front office staff at the time it did seem pretty busy people coming and going and soon I found out why....the building was undergoing a major remodeling new floors new walls new paint new air co conditioning system NEW EVERYTHING they eventually shut down and had patients move to another much nicer and one story building as little ways up the original location on Charleston and Decatur. Anywho let me say I got to them very sick and with many complaints of various aches and pains and alot of inflammation with overall health issues. One, because of Soreill the lovely office staff and Dr.Rucker I was referred out for surgery due to a massive umbilical hernia that had caused my intestines to protrude through as massive hole in my abdominal wall near my belly button . I was checked in quickly did my paperwork and evaluated they checked me out from head to toe and listened attentively to my complaints they asked me how I felt and what was wrong Dr.Rucker came up with a treatment plan due to the many issues I presented and they got right to it. They sent me for xrays and MRI's and bloodwork came up with a plan and to this day still help me with any concerns. They are a great office and the whole staff is AMAZING. Shame on those negative reviews painted a bad picture that is not true. See for yourself if you need a good primary care or pain management or even mental health specialist this is the place to go. The old location on Charleston and Bruce is all done up and super nice now from the remodel 😊👍
The case manager Shanica is Great. The Dr.Eboka is cool and understanding.. The nurses is nice and rest of the staff.. I like it here. I'm 28 and they take really good care of you back on my treatment plan doing better than ever.
I have used methadone for about 6 months this place gave me my life back.:) Update as if 2/20/2019 as of January 17 I and my wife was told to go to another clinic to dose for a little while while the building was and I am quoting the staff. (It's only temporary maybe a month max till it will reopen) All of the sudden I was notified that there methadone was not going to be offered till they clear things up with the DEA. So I was offered Suboxone treatment with the promise of no issues switching and my Medicaid would cover it. Guess what it didn't I'm now three weeks in I have no more free samples of zubsolv and my insurance company says there not sending correct info to receive this treatment. Take it from me I went here for one year I managed to get a grip on my problems and now there taking it away cause if either incompetent staff or lazyness either way stay away there not gonna be open soon at this rate
Worst place ever. Stay away at all cost. Where do I start. First off the elevator has been broken for half a year. So if I can't walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor you are screwed. 2nd. If the doctor has to see you and you can't make it up the stairs the doctor will see patients in the lobby downstairs in public for everyone to see and hear. That's not how you conduct business. 3rd. There is no sterile air system in the building so if someone is coughing and spreading germs. Expect the entire floor to be infested with germs Then last but I'm sure not the least. The roof is collapsing in the stairway up to the 3rd floor. There water damaged walls and pieces falling from the ceiling.
Their are some good people that work there. If you really need help you will have to be willing to wait for it or just go speak to the management. There are real great therapist who honestly care & love you & want the very best for you and your life
Got denied an MRI report from a year ago & appointment history ,told I have to wait to get a new doctor before I can get my records nv law not true , I have to be charge for them, not true. Got 86'd and told I made threats not true. Tabitha tried to force me to c the doctor when I came inexchange for my paperwork she waived in my face, I refused and repeatedly asked no other. Priscilla was saying god bless you , have a nice life & such, be professional, this isn't over, know your patients.
