This place is a joke. They do not care about women going through domestic violence. They spend a lot of time trying to find fault in everything you do, which is overwhelming when you are already going through a lot. The case manager named Konya tells lies and is very rude. I wouldn't want to deal with this place at my lowest times.
They ignored all my emails, and I called more than 5 times over 5 months to seek help and support and they said they’d get back to me each time but never did. It’s been 6 months and I’ve accepted that they just ignored me and dismissed me for no reason. I can only imagine someone in a worse place than I was coming to them for any type of help.
This location would make you want to stay with your abuser. I spoke with a manager named Tania whom assisted and promised assistance with my other needs. I have been begging for a return call back for two weeks with no response received. This week I spoke with an assigned case workers named Sabrina who was absolutely terrible. She constantly cut me off and made it very clear she did not want to help me. She gave me numerous task to complete and once completed she informed me of several other issues. The director Lisa supported Sabrina’s unprofessional behavior and encouraged Sabrina to continue making me jump through hoops as though I was a performing animal. I asked Sabrina if I could please speak to her director, Lisa, once Sabrina called me back Lisa was also on the call via speaker. I begged Lisa if we could please speak privately. Lisa refused my request for confidentiality and forced me to address my concerns regarding Sabrina’s behavior with Sabrina also listening. This was the most disgusting and unprofessional experience I have ever been subjected to. I continued to ask Lisa why she forced me to express my private concerns in front of other staff. I made it very clear with Lisa my concerns were about Sabrina and she continued to refuse my right to confidentiality. If you need hope and/or support this location will not help you. Good Luck!
My therapist left mid "treatment" and we were kicked out of group therapy.
Will return my call in half an hour.
A 5star program that I resisted in the beginning of my traumatic experience, but opening my mind up in order to heal, it was one of the BEST decisions I could’ve made! Thank you to ALL of the staff, especially Rebecca B.♥️
