For over 3 years I was a patient of Psychexperts. It's been over 6 years when I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, anger problems, along with physical disabilities. All of that takes a toll on someone, especially when going through it alone. My PCP suggested therapy and though I hesitated at first, I decided to at least try it. My therapist Ms. Dilworth made a huge impact on my life. I've shared things with her that I never shared with anyone. I've learned to love myself. Most of all I learned that the traumatic things that happened to me, weren't my fault. I couldn't and can't thank her enough for all she's done for me and my life. It's such a sad thing that Psychexperts will close but I hope others experienced the same comfort I did with my time here.
Unprofessional receptionist. Unhelpful.
I wanted to like Psychexperts, because of its convenience due to location, but it just was NOT a good fit for me. For starters the receptionists could never get things right. They were always unorganized and unprofessional, from taking payments from me when I did not have a copay (still owes me a refund for the credit) and being slightly rude when times or days just did not work for ME. My therapist was good in the beginning, but she turned out to be horrible so I left the practice. I needed help overcoming new obstacles that I've never experienced before in my life, so I stayed to see if I could get the proper help that I needed, instead I received the opposite. I left because my therapist Sabina was a know it all who had an unpleasant attitude that blamed my grandmother for her own death and battle with cancer and stated that I was angry with my grandmother because she wouldn't fight for herself with cancer. Sabina knew nothing about my grandmother's character or anything about her to give her that impression. That was rude, unprofessional, uncalled, inappropriate and unacceptable!! Sabina should not make any comments on fighting cancer if shes never had cancer before, who the hell is she to judge whether someone was fighying hard or not. Overall Sabina should NOT be a therapist!
