I almost didn't write a review because sometimes a place is soooooo good you don't want to have to share it with others. Pelvic Pride is exactly this! I can’t say enough good things about Joy. She is the real deal, a total human body nerd in the best possible way. She truly knows her stuff and understands the body on such a deep level. You can tell she’s constantly learning and refining her craft, and that knowledge translates directly into results. Beyond her expertise, Joy is incredibly caring, attentive, and thorough. She actually listens, takes the time to explain what’s going on, and makes you feel comfortable talking about things that aren’t always easy to discuss. I’ve felt genuinely supported every step of the way. Also, Claire at the front desk is amazing. She’s organized, responsive, and a great communicator. Scheduling is easy, questions get answered quickly, and you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for a pelvic floor physical therapist who truly knows her stuff and cares deeply about her patients, Pelvic Pride is it. Highly recommend.
I have had such a remarkable experience with Pelvic Pride! I had been dealing with frequent constipation for a very long time, and had done all I could with water, fiber, and exercise. When I learned one of my biggest issues with regularity was due to muscle tension and weakness in my pelvic floor, I was completely surprised. However, Dr. Marlena and the team at Pelvic Pride have been amazing, and my overall health and wellbeing have drastically improved since I started seeing them. Very grateful for this organization and the work they do!
I came to Pelvic Pride about four months postpartum to deal with lingering issues from childbirth. Robyn was incredible - she was able to pinpoint the exact areas causing the trouble, and was even able to address old injuries from years ago that were sneaky contributors to my pelvic floor issues. She did all this while being compassionate and putting me at ease during my sessions, no easy feat considering the sensitive and vulnerable nature of my concerns. I can't recommend Pelvic Pride enough, my entire experience from booking to actually solving my issues could not have gone better!!
Just the best! I've been to a few other therapists for POP issues but have never had such a great experience as with Dr. Joy Noble. Listens well, very knowledgeable, kind, funny, with extremely helpful advice, recommendations, and referrals. Just go:)
As the owner of Courage to Nourish, a group nutrition practice, I would highly recommend Pelvic Pride! (I've even worked with Dr. Joy myself!). Pelvic Pride is knowledgable, respectful and weight inclusive.
Dr. Marlene was incredibly helpful throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. Around 25 weeks, I experienced significant back pain, and thanks to her guidance with exercises and massage, the pain disappeared completely. I had an amazing birth experience, and I truly believe she played a big role in that. I highly recommend her care during and after pregnancy—I’m beyond grateful for her support!
I absolutely LOVE working with Danielle! The practice has such a peaceful feel, totally unlike sterile medical facilities I've been to in the past. Learning about my body in a way I never have before is truly a gift. I highly recommend this practice!
The team of clinicians at Pelvic Pride are knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. The founder, Dr. Joy Noble, is collaborative and genuine. As a sex therapist, I feel confident referring my clients and loved ones to this practice for pelvic floor physical therapy. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from our mutual connections. The team at Pelvic Pride can address a variety of needs including pregnancy & postpartum care, as well as gender affirming care. If you're seeking top notch pelvic floor therapy in Baltimore - look no further.
I can’t say enough good things. I first went to Pelvic Pride weeks before delivering my second child. What I learned in just a few sessions completely transformed my birthing experience! I felt so empowered and was excited to learn that they do holistic PT, not just pelvic work. Thank you Dr. Marlena!!
Dr Joy is truly a joy to work with! She gave me great insight to understand my pelvic floor pre-birth so I had a better awareness of my starting point. I am thankful to have such a great resource in the Baltimore area and highly recommend those who need pelvic floor PT to book a consult with Pelvic Pride! It was easy to get an appointment, communication was fast and helpful, and I felt 100% comfortable getting my exam in the office in a somewhat sensitive and private area of my body.
