I can't recommend Casey enough! As a physical therapist, I am extra particular about the practioners I go to and Casey hits every mark. He is highly skilled, intuitive, kind and calming. I have been seeing him for several years and depending on what is going on with my body, I have had lymphatic drainage massage, deep tissue massage, craniosacral massage, and somatoemotional release. I am so thankful I came across him!

Every time I visit Baltimore I make sure I schedule a massage with Casey. I love how the experience begins with a conversation about my overall health and any aches and pains I may have. His attentiveness and kindness immediately put me at ease. The massage itself is off the charts and I always feel so much better because of it. I cannot recommend Casey’s services more! He is THE BEST!

I can’t say enough great things about Patterson Park Wellness and Massage. I’ve had many massages over the years from a variety of therapists, but I often find it difficult to find someone who truly assesses problem areas and works to address them vs providing just a generic relaxation session. From the very beginning, the intake process stood out as a positive experience. It was clear that Casey genuinely wanted to understand my needs and any specific issues I was dealing with before starting the session. That level of care and attention is rare and immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. During the massage, Casey took the time to focus on the areas that needed the most attention, combining skill, intuition, and professionalism in a way that made the session both therapeutic and deeply effective. It’s clear that Casey strives to make each session more than just a relaxing experience, it’s about helping clients truly feel better and move better afterward. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who listens, assesses, and tailors each session to your individual needs, Patterson Park Wellness and Massage is absolutely worth a visit.

I can't recommend Casey enough. His approach goes far beyond a simple massage. It's truly holistic, integrating both body and mind. Each session feels intentional and restorative, as he is tuning into body and mind. He creates a calm, grounding space that helps let go of stress not just physically and mentally too. It is very rare to find someone who combines deep technical skill with such intuive care. If you're looking for a massage for someone who can treat the whole person, Casey is your person and absolutely exceptional.

I've been coming here and getting massages from Casey since January 2024 and it has been amazing. I've seen him for shoulder pain, lower back pain, any pain or issues I was having. He's helped me through having rhabdomyolosis and two spinal surgeries. I always feel better after seeing him. One of my favorite things are the great, and sometimes deep, conversations we have. He is always open to answering questions without judgement. Casey is very knowledgeable, especially about massage practices and other similar things. He is often expanding his knowledge and happy to share what he's learned, which I appreciate. About the massages themselves, he is very attentive and checks in about any pain or discomfort regularly. I tend to like a lot of pressure or an intense massage, but if I need Casey to back off or ease up, he does so immediately. And he grounds you while doing the massage, which is something I absolutely love the most! I have severe anxiety and the grounding makes the day/week much more bearable. Casey cares about the body as a whole, including mind and emotions. Overall, I can't recommend Casey and Patterson Park Massage and Wellness enough!

Casey Hill is a magician with massage therapy. I’ve been to him multiple times with various aches and pains of aging, and he has been especially helpful with a whiplash neck injury, a hematoma on a knee, and a hip injury that remained painful despite a labral repair. He is always professional and respectful and a great listener of specific needs. The place itself is an immaculate sanctuary of relaxation. Highly recommend!

Casey is amazing! Since finding him through a mutual friend, I’ve never turned back. I now live out of state but make it my business to return to him each time that i come back home to Baltimore. He takes time to ask you questions to suit your needs. I’m a nurse who works 12 hour shifts with chronic lower back pain and Casey has helped so much with alleviating this pain. He is kind, caring and so great! I definitely recommend him.

Been going to Casey for a number of years and seen him probably 10-15 times. I had cranial head damage 5 years ago and numerous health problems since so I’ve been down all the routes of treatment (pills, PT, steroid injections, surgery, acupuncture, guasha, somatic experiencing, tDCS, massage, float therapy, diet, Craniosacral therapy). I can attest Casey is no joke. He understands what most health professionals don’t, that most health issues stem from some sort of trauma and have a mental/spiritual element to them. He’s helped me get over some serious issues and wants to see you live freely, not be bound to constant treatments. He’s there to serve you, not you serve him. Save yourself some time and energy with modern medicine and see Casey, just make sure to do your part as well

Patterson Park Massage and Wellness is by far the best practice in Baltimore. Casey takes the time to speak with you before each session to truly understand where to focus. As a guy who trains at the gym 5-6 days a week, it is always something new! He listens to where your pain points are and individualizes each session, not just massaging out the area in pain, but because of his understanding of how the body moves, extending to areas that may very well be causing the injury so as not to have a recurrence. I can say that my recoveries are much faster now and my ability to progress at the gym has been positively impacted by Casey's work. Casey is the consummate professional and has created a warm, inviting space for healing. You won't be disappointed!

Casey is the best and I always walking away from my massage feeling refreshed and in less pain. I like that we sit down for a few minutes ahead of the session to really discuss what is bothering me and Casey is very thorough in his explanations. He will walk you through his process and make sure that you are comfortable with every step. I just went in a couple weeks ago ahead of running the Marine Corps Marathon with a very odd running pain. Casey was able to explain what he thought was the cause, addressed it, and I was able to run my second fastest marathon the following week. If you're on the fence about booking an appointment, don't be! It's worth it.
