Orleans Health Methadone Clinic — Addiction treatment center in Baltimore, MD

I accidentally hit send before I was finished so I am updating my post. I want to say that from the front desk staff, to the nurses, counselors, to my doctor and security I am always treated with respect, support and helpfulness. I am so grateful for the warm reception I get from everyone and the encouragement I receive for my recovery.

The doctors and nurses and staff are very kind and caring and friendly and treat you very well and they are very respectful to you!

I absolutely love this clinic. They never give me a hard time makes my life easier. And the lady at the front desk is amazing. Couldn't ask for better.

My experience @ orleans health has been genuine & 1 the most helpful programs. The receptionist has been kind has helped me through the worst times while i waited for my therapist. I've recommended a lot of ppl here. This place is one of the best in baltimore citys region. Thank you for being the awesome staff you are. Thank you for always listening to me go about whats going on with me. I recommend if ppl want good clean service & ppl who care this is the place. If there was an Option to NOT give any stars I would give this place -0 stars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I work in recovery and when trying to help someone on MTD get treatment this place DID NOT WANT TO WORK WITH US !! When someone on MTD is seeking treatment our policy is to request the clients dosing records . They would not send them even with a signed release of information from the patient. They also refused to hand him his own records per his own request so he could bring them to our treatment center . The so called security guard did escort him out. For some reason I find no pleasure in another facility stopping someone for wanting to further their own treatment process because of someone being lazy and not wanting to place some urgency on the matter at hand

From day 1 this program- more importantly, the people that make it work- has matched my efforts and desires 10 fold!!! Theyre real ppl, with hearts and souls that come to work everyday choosing to help our community save themselves!! And “we” are nottt easy to deal with” lol. Special Special s/o to my counselor Ms C, blessing straight from God to me, DeAsia who keeps that front HELD DOWN and SAFE!! her skills in being uber aware of her surroundings is not common. And (most) of the nurses that deal w all of our BS!! special special special thank you to Ms Myesha!!! On her way out for HER HOLIDAY WKND and i missed the closing early memo… what program do you know thats letting you in and thoroughly takes care of you?? … NOWHERE!! MYESHA 💚💚💚 cant thank you enough!! All of you are true assets to that business!! And to US, thank you!!

This is 1 of Baltimore's finest methadone clinics, they're caring they're understanding & fast. My husband & I have been going to this clinic since they 1st opened. Excellent care & service.

I would stay away from this clinic. I have a family member that use to go to this clinic. They treated him like trash. They're very unprofessional, especially the director. Your basic right of speech is not respected . once they say what they wanted they basically kick you out the door ... security guard there wants to be a police officer, so beware. I'm posting this review for my loved one... because he is scared they might retaliate against him because they have his info on file. Ps. After giving EKG results it took them almost a year to go up on dosage...they don't know what they doing point blank.
