I've tried therapy and failed at least three times in the past, but I found a therapist that I can actually make progress with through lumate. This isn't just talk therapy, but cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) so a lot of things can be quite uncomfortable. With that being said, my comfortability was still at the fore-front of every session. My therapist has tracked my progress from the start and its nice to look back to that starting point to see the progress I made and feel proud of myself.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this clinic. They show a complete lack of concern for their adolescent clients. My daughter worked with one of their so-called "specialists," and the experience was very poor. When things did not go as planned, the clinic was unwilling to offer any assistance or support. It is clear that the well-being of young patients is not a priority for this facility. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality care for their children.
