Multiple practitioners here have all reflected how great this institution is especially Jackie Ewald π
The staff here are wonderful, compassionate and very caring.
My recent visit to Kennedy Krieger Institute left much to be desired. As an interpreter, I arrived with the intention of assisting a patient with language barriers, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the lack of available parking forced me to utilize the instituteβs parking, where I was shocked to be charged $10 for a mere 20 minutes. This exorbitant fee was an unexpected burden. To compound matters, I encountered a staff member at the parking lot who was extremely rude, further souring my experience. As someone dedicated to helping others, encountering such obstacles was disheartening. Effective communication is crucial in any healthcare setting, and my experience at Kennedy Krieger fell short of expectations. I hope the institute takes heed of these concerns and works towards improving accessibility and customer service for all visitors, especially those striving to assist others.
My son had his autism evaluation here, and it took 2 hours of them talking and working with him. So they are fantastic and did an amazing job.
The receptionist was so helpful
I service is wonderful. Clean pleasant surroundings
Everyone is so nice here, especially, the therapist. She is an absolute heaven sent.
They can take up to 10 days to refill a prescription which is one of the longest times I have ever heard of. In the meantime my son is without his medication.... sigh. I usually don't have any problems with KKI but this particular clinic is new to me.
