I honestly do not think Rebecca is there to help anyone, as a therapist . Her virtual sessions, do not have appropriate internet or audio on her computer. Moreover, for the second session she did not even bother to send the correct link, until 15 meeting after the start of the session., and then ended the sessions early b/c she had another client. She was late for both sessions, sending emails that she is running behind. I suggested to her that her audio is not working properly and it's impossible for the clients to hear her and also suggested speeding up the internet, b/c once she turned the camera on, the internet was lagging and it was impossible to conduct any normal conversation. She had to interrupt the virtual session and call by cell phone, that's how bad it got. She stated to me that other clients have complained about the computer issues, but did not implement any changes for improvement. All in all, this was a complete waste of time and I do not have anything positive to say about the experience and do not recommend other veterans to go there. She is there to profit from the VA referrals, but her services are subpar, to say the least.

Rebecca is an outstanding clinician who truly prioritizes the health and well-being of her clients. She shows a genuine interest in pursuing professional growth and development opportunities, enabling her to serve a diverse clientele. It has been a joy to witness Rebecca embrace her role with openness, determination, and compassion.

As a fellow mental health professional, I have had the opportunity to witness Ms. Schaffner’s professionalism and passion for psychology as we worked with veterans. I highly recommend her services as she is a skilled and knowledgeable counselor who can work with a variety of clients.
