I bring my daughter here for her appointments with her therapist and the therapist she has is Kayla and she is very nice and is helpful and my daughter likes her a lot and whenever I have a problem she goes above and beyond to help me. The doctor is Dr. Erica Waynik and she is awesome! She seems to genuinely care for her patients and has a good bedside manner, she's very friendly and down to earth but the only thing I don't like about this place is the long wait in the waiting room for your appointment. Since the covid outbreak the appointments have been over the phone and everything has been so much better. If you're looking for a good doctor that actually listens and seems to care I recommend this place if you have a child that needs to see a therapist Kayla is really good with children

Waited all day saw therapist and Dr and did an intake. The therapist was great, however the doctor was horrible. I told her what medication worked for me in the past and my issues. She didn't prescribe what I asked for despite telling her how well it worked for my condition. It was basically a waste of my time. I try and do the right thing to get help and felt like not only was I not helped but feel as if doing the right thing was a complete failure. If a doctor can't help me when I'm begging for help then no one can. Then people wonder why others cut corners or do illegal things to get what they need. It's truly sad and pathetic when you try and do the right thing and can't get the help you need and deserve.

Been going there for over 5yrs I love my therapist Mr Peter, and the best PRP ever is Miss Mary hands down, only thing is the wait but if everyone followed there scheduled appointment time on the card given to them and not just show up whenever it would be a lot better I'm sure. Everybody comes in all at once no order to it so they run on a first come first serve basis...also they need to monitor the sign in sheet as people come in to make sure people don't sign in for others and I think if a person signs in then leaves they should be moved back to when they return hours later cause a lot of people sign in and leave for several hours only to return as soon they call

Every person who works the front desk is completely disrespectful and demeaning to you as you wait hours and hours to see the doctors who make their own hours and leave when they want to regardless if you have an appointment or not. Since i started at helping hands i have been denied a therapist. They force me to see a doctor i never agreed to see and i have asked to be switched to another doctor simply because she worked with my older sister and thats a conflict of interests for me. Since i mentioned that i have been treated even worse and whats crazy is i waited months to see a certain doctor and they tell me I'm not allowed to see him that i have to see Erika Waynik who i feel uncomfortable with. I finally thought i found a good psych doctor since i was wait listed for months i thought it would be a good fit based on what friends told me of Dr. Lowtan i decided to switch there but I'm regretting it more and more. It would be nice if they didnt just tell you whatever you wanna hear the front desk staff is ignorant, rude, and judgemental about coming in there they need to send a secret shopper in there and fire the horrible staff.
